On the turntable.
A railway turntable is a device for turning railroad rolling stock, usually locomotives, so that they can be moved back in the direction from which they came. This is especially true in areas where economic considerations and/or a lack of sufficient space have served to weigh against the construction of a turnaround wye. In the case of steam locomotives, railroads needed a way to turn the locomotives around for return trips as their controls were often not configured for extended periods of running in reverse and in many locomotives the top speed was lower in reverse motion.

Exiting Dearborn Station in Chicago for one of the final times, L&N's Danville Flyer gets underway behind E7A 799. The Louisville & Nashville had only been running this train for about two years when this April 1971 view was taken. The road inherited it from the Chicago & Eastern Illinois in 1969 when the L&N acquired the line's Chicago-Evansville, IN trackage in that year.

Shooting through the thick capsule flyers cabin with ambiance lights that easily cause distraction or reflection is a obstacle technique one photographer had to overcome, another crucial factors are probably timing, timing for a spot on composition which react too fast, too high or too slow probably make u miss the impact full angle as regard as terrfic composition. I seen many including some of my fellow peers had misplace their point with too congested elements all throw into a scene. However, not forgetting timing for getting in to ride the singapore flyers capsule will definitely make you regret if u simply do not know how to calculate, estimate the sunset n the duration cover for the first half ride n the balance half ride facing the fantastic cityscape will also disquailfy ur golden hour shot.
Especially for photographers wanting to ride on the singapore flyer had to acquire some great combination skill of the shutter n iso to play with most of the tricky shot here. Likewise, simply just rely on the modern clever technology setting - Auto mode of any modern camera install will somehow not favoring any quality return as i assume.

Montana Rail Link’s Polson Local heads north at M.P. 16, south of Ronan, Montana, on the morning of September 23, 2008, with the magnificent Mission Mountains providing the backdrop. Too bad the “Flathead Flyer” doesn’t operate today.
Alpine choughs belong to the most fantastic flyers observable in nature. They can ride the high winds in the mountains like no other bird and they like to play in the turbulences. Their swiftness and playfulness make them hard to photograph though: you have to be really quick to get a decent shot and you also need some luck because their flight paths are rather unpredictable. This shot is the result of a few hours waiting on top of Aiguille du Midi for the weather to clear up a bit. I was caught in the middle of a mid-summer snow storm which gave me the time to try some bird photography. I filled my CF card with a lot of out-of-focus pictures but I was able to get this one too. I am quite happy with the outcome of this little snow storm…
Questo dovrebbe essere il flyer che utilizzerò il mese prossimo per la mia prima esposizione. che ne pensate? siate pure critici che tanto è ancora una bozza.
This should be the flyer that i'll use in febrary for my first show. What do you think about it? it is still a draft so be "cruel" so i'll work on it to improve it.

The Kingston Flyer is a vintage steam train in the South Island of New Zealand at the southern end of Lake Wakatipu. It used 14 kilometres of preserved track that once formed a part of the Kingston Branch. It suspended operation in December 2012 due to locomotive problems.[1] Services resumed later that month following the return of the railway's second steam locomotive. However it then ceased once again and various assets were sold off. Trains and rolling stock are currently, mid-2014, out of use at the end of the line in Kingston. On February 2017 it was reported that ownership of the service had been sold to local investors aiming to revive the service as a tourist attraction
Flying the Sky Flyer at Moomba.
1/15th hand-held. Wish I'd had a tripod with me .. would have gone seriously long on some as it became darker. Always next year.
Was happy to see the flyers from the distance, I'm petrified of heights and the last thing I would do is to pay and get punished. No matter have panoramic the view is flyers are defiantly not my cup of tea :)
