Fly past at RAF Cosford

This parasitic fly has to be one of the ugliest creatures I have every seen. A new one for me and I spotted it on Aylesbeare Common Devon. Best viewed large to see how ugly it really is.

Fly Away in a great weekend .

I wish that I could fly

Into the sky

So very high

Just like a dragonfly

I'd fly above the trees

Over the seas

In all degrees

To anywhere I please

Oh, I want to get away

I want to fly away................

Let's fly...

Far away we fly..

Beyond the thoughts...

Beyond our imagination...

Get rid off the strings...

Fly and explore...

Don't give up...

Your place isn't here...

It is just the start...

Gain the momentum..

Far away we fly..

OLYMPUS EM-1 Mark II

Per tanto tempo ho osservato,

a lungo ho scrutato e progettato,

poi un giorno ho preso la mia decisione.

Ho spalancato come d'abitudine le ali.

Ho ammirato con gli occhi pieni di lacrime,

arcobaleni irridescenti che creavano con la luce

... poi mi sono buttata.

Per tante volte l'avevo sognato, ipotizzato, teorizzato;

ora sento l'aria sferzarmi il volto,

sento il grido del vento nelle mie orecchie,

sento la forza dell'aria sfiorare le ali.

Vedo la terra laggiù pronta all'abbraccio,

devo provare... devo averne la forza,

ruoto le ali e cerco di volare...

... volare sola.
