Autumn is and remains simply beautiful. The jasmine-blossomed nightshade is just as beautiful to look at as the autumn anemone. I love these flowers. However, these plants have extremely gauzy petals. They can hardly be tamed in the wind and looked like parchment paper.

Ce magnifique chalet, somptueusement fleuri, vaut le détour. Quand on s'approche, on découvre tout un musée en plein air, plein de petits personnages féériques (lutins, nains, et autres) amoureusement sculptés et posés tout dans un décor magnifique.

These little birds can be skittish at times or just plain ole settled in life to be able to sit in one spot long enough to be photographed.
aka green-flowered wintergreen, Pyrola chlorantha.
Tiny pyrola, only about 4" (10cm) tall, leaves small round and basal, in a cluster around the stem on the ground.
Some states have this little plant listed as an endangered species and rare. Sweet little flower. Apparently this little plant forms a symbiotic relationship with fungi in the soil, to assist with completing photosynthesis.
