What is the longest floating bridge in the world?

Shot this eagle while driving cross the 520 bridge.. I spotted it from a ways off and it looked too big to be a gull or a crow. I think its probly 2-3 years old since it hasn't gotten its colors in yet. I've spotted other eagles in this general vicity before but usually closer to shore. Anyone else confirm this is an eagle? Another thing that lead me to believe this to be an eagle was that the other birds were really pestering it bad. They don't like competition.
