I've had several of my contacts ask me if I would apply the same "super-micro" technique to my roses this year as I have applied to the tiny, tiny weed flowers that I have been photographing:

I have, and this is the first result, with many more to come not only from this one session, but as the year's blooms open up.

This is basically straight out of my camera with no alterations to the colors and no textures added. This is what the insides of a rose looks like up close and personal.

I am now entering a new era in my rose photography, and in the enjoyment of my roses!
