Powerful Osprey (AKA sea hawk, fish eagle, fish hawk). Diurnal bird of prey reaches 24 in in length and 71 in across. Nests near bodies of water that provide good food supply. Has special characteristics and behavior that specializes it for hunting and catching fish. Spectacular hunters.

A very generous and very supportive friend bought me a short term membership to our local gym last month. I wasn't sure I could afford it, and in all honesty, I wasn't sure if I was up to the challenge of making it a priority. Well, I am proud to announce that after a month at the gym (going on average 5x/week) I am now down a whole dress size!!! And I have proven to myself that I am important and need to be taken care of properly. I love the way I look, and it's great for my emotional outlook as well. So, today I took the plunge and joined Synergy for the next year!! I am excited about this new adventure and what it means for me personally. So, Terri...weights and cardio tomorrow morning (after your massage, of course!) ?? :)
