I was just about to reply to a comment when my friend snapped this photo...

Experimenting with a bright flashlight to do light painting this morning using the new Canon 6D, before sunrise, at home, at the Golden Gate, and the Palace of Fine Arts, San Francisco, USA. I'm not impressed, could've taken these easily with a cheaper camera. My guest bedroom in the far end had lights on, I used the flashlight to illuminate the corridor.

Ingredients:

1 Flashlight & batteries= 7.00

1 Bed and Blanket= 200.00

1 Cartoon book= 3.95

This special moment: Priceless

sadly she really hurt as she jumped, so I had to wear her clothes to play her role :D

once again session in my best part of "my" forest :)

as you see i have few new tools, all made of course by flashlights from VARTA

i used here;

- 3 Watt LED High Optics Light 2AA with my new homemade plexi tool, and to paint an model - it gives really hmmm "strong-soft" light on zoom - it is excellent for this kind of LP

- Premium LED Light 3AAA to new tool made by bottle ;)

-Indestructible LED Key Chain 1AAA as mini lightsabers and

3 Watt LED High Optics Light 3AAA with red gel to paint a floor

- i used also 3 Watt LED High Optics Light 3AAA to light behind a model

Rayograph style cyanotype inverted. White paper becomes deep black.

The little UV flashlight I've been using for the rayographs.

M3 flashlight. It's built more for handguns, but there's nothing wrong with putting it on a rifle.

December days are short in my location, and flashlight often is required even by outdoor photography in the middle of the day...
