Finally got round to painting last sheet of flash in the set. The other sheets are meant to be this colour as well but scanner wasn't working before so I had to use my rubbish camera.
For Macro Mondays theme "Photography Gear”, this is the diffusion lens on my external flash. This lens distributes the light more evenly over the frame. At the bottom you can see part of another piece, which can be pulled out and down to provide a softer diffused light. In this shot it is just sitting in its holder.
The Flash's of the various generations! L to R we have Impulse (Bart Allen), Kid Flash (Wally West), Flash (Wally West), Flash (Jay Garrick), and Flash (Barry Allen)

The third trick coal train is on the approach to the Peabody mine in Kayenta where in just over an hour the train will be loaded and ready to depart west for Page. This was the second of three night shots I did this night with this one being the best.
Never got the real Flash figure, so I got the mighty micros set and tried my best to make it look decent. Thoughts?
Flash Flood on the Universal Studio Tour. Simulating a flash flood in a sleepy Mexican village, Flash Flood drops thousands of gallons of water onto unsuspecting guests from the top of a hill. Water channeled through additional corridors also flow through a Mexican market facade, with a mechanical wagon and sign post situated at the base of the hill “crashing” near the guests.
A flash in Cheshire is a shallow lake created when the land subsides after brine pumping has been carried out. Ideal places for wildlife.
A few days ago I visited Sprotborough flash nature reserve and while I was sitting in a hide I noticed a huge bird across the water walk down from the field and into the reeds. I was amazed, and after a bit of research on various birding websites I came to the conclusion that it could be a migrating Crane...Imagine my surprise when I am told today that there is an Ostrich loose in the area and several people have seen it. Police are advising people not to approach it as they can be quite aggressive...No sign of it today though although a group of birdwatchers had seen it heading in the direction of The boat inn.
The crowd goes wild as the mayor walks on stage.
"Alright ladies and gentlemen! Its that time of year again where we celebrate the hero of Central City, the Flash!"
Barry gets the signal and gets ready to run up on stage, but he has a bad feeling in the pit of his stomach.
This build started out as two green base plates, but the stage ended up being bigger than I anticipated so now its two and the front half of two more! One of the biggest things I've built to date.
Let me know what you think, and please comment if you favorite!
This section of the aqueduct is in the Mojave Desert, which is prone to flash floods. This narrow concrete structure goes across the aqueduct and allows flood waters from one side of the aqueduct to spill over to the other side and not enter the aqueduct water.
