I was just going through my Fitbit activity list this week and noticed that working out in the garden after work in Tuesday and Wednesday were automatically categorizesd as an Aerobic Workout... and mostly in Fat Burning zone to boot!... I did do alot those two days when I was weeding, pulling out rocks and adding mulch to my garden paths... Lots of lifting (cement pavers), squatting, etc... On a side note, this made me think of my Mom. I think gardening kept. Her healthy, both physically and mentally.
