I put out the left over dough from my pumpkin pie and I was surprised that the chickadee's were after it! Usually the starlings go gong ho here!

November 21st marked the definitive end to summer here in Toledo.

This one came out really wild! I didn't photoshop it to look like this - just to change the image size & stuff.

I was using my flash trying to get some flakes - these really look 3D! :)

In the spirit me the part few years: SNOW!

For about 10 minutes there were enormous snowflakes. Never seen them so big. Shooting thru the window at fast falling snow so crappy focus. That is one of the big flakes just above the shed roof, not a blob on the window.

snapped this before going to bed last night. the first snow this winter! (only stayed one or two hours but still)

This was a few days ago, the enchanted morning with the first snow of the year.

We made a trip to Kirchseeon near Munich and you won't believe what we found there: it's where the wild things are!
