New to First Western National in 2000, this Volvo B6BLE with Wright body wasn't on a "UGOBUS" service when seen in Paignton on the soon to be withdrawn X80 service
A few shots from Paisley today and the current scene means a lot of modern buses operated both by McGills and First. First have invested heavily in Dennis Enviro 300s and these form the mainstay of the fleet now. This one is seen at Paisley Cross.
Our first rose of 2012! I picked this before the bad weather came so this pretty flower wouldn't get beaten up by the rain, high winds, and possible snows. Thank goodness, no snow, so I think our delicate flowers will be safe!

1. What sculpt is/was your first doll?
Volks Syo (HYBRID) but I did buy him around the same time as my old Abio Angel San. Jangy arrived first.
2. Do you still own this doll?
Yas =3= I sold the San though.
3. Was your first doll your grail?
I don't think I knew enough about the hobby to really consider him my grail X3
4. How long did you have to wait from the moment you decided on the doll to actually buying?
About 3 days 8D?
5. Did you buy it or was it a gift?
I bought it but it was with money I was given... so both? 8D
6. Why did you choose the doll you did as your first?
Impulse I suppose. I just loved his big squidgy head.
7. Did you have a character in mind as soon as you saw the doll or did it develop after arrival?
Oh man, IDEK anymore XD At the time I was really into pixel art and I was constantly pixelling a zillion characters. I guess his design was something I planned before but he didn't have much of a personality back then.
8. Do any of your friends own the same sculpt?
No, WHY GUYS? WHY? I think Syo/Shou is really unpopular in general ;_;
9. If you could go back and change your decision to buy the doll you did as your first, would you?
Not really
10. How did you learn about BJDs?
A friend of mine sent me a photo of Jun and Shiro Tachibana and some custom School A's and that was it. XD OBSESSING EVER SINCE

"Gardens by the Bay (Chinese: 滨海湾花园) consists of three distinct waterfront gardens – Bay South Garden, Bay East Garden and Bay Central Garden, set in the heart of Singapore's new downtown Marina Bay, adjacent to the Marina Reservoir.
Spanning 101 hectares (250 acres), Gardens by the Bay is an integral part of a strategy by the Singapore government to transform Singapore from a "Garden City" to a "City in a Garden". The stated aim is to raise the quality of life by enhancing greenery and flora in the city."

So much for the wiki stuff. it was my first visit to the Garden By the Bay. It was a sunny saturday evening and hence it was packed with domestic and oversea visitors. I then walked around looking for possible composition. Finally I settled down with this not-to-be-missed point of vintage -- Lion Bridge. This is the bridge that connects Marina Bay Sands and Garden by the Bay.
As sun went down gradually, more and more people came and set up their equipment, waiting for the light up and blue hour. I took nearly 200 frames, hoping to get the best lighting of all.
This is a croporama version as I did not want to adjust the angle. I did a stitched panorama for blue hour, but lighting not as good as this one.
