Juvenile Firebugs / Junge Feuerwanzen (Pyrrhocoridae)

Enjoy the rest of your sunday (like they do :-)) !!
Legero tanke modela 2 de 90 mm malrapido kanona modifaja 1 (parasutaj) was developed by the request of Asparantian Air Forces to provide an airborne armored vehicle capable of performing general tasks such as reconnaissance and limited anti-tank support. The Fajrocime, or "Firebug", was armed with 90-mm low velocity smoothbore cannon equipped with HESH and HEAT rounds. The main armament is paired with coaxial 12.7-mm machine gun.
Loosely based on various airborne vehicles of the "fifties" era - starting with the well-known Engin Leger de Combat to the more obscure ones such as 1955 Chimera tank destroyer (generally known as a "Manticore light tank" thanks to one certain videogame)

Hey guys it's Alex here with a back view of the jet pack
The jet pack is my favorite part and the hardest to make because as you can see, the system is very complex and fragile
So, what do you think ? I hope you liked it and don't forget to leave a comment !

Thanks to Mary Faith for the flower ID.
The firebug is easily recognizable due to its striking red and black coloration. Pyrrhocoris apterus is distributed throughout the Palaearctic from the Atlantic coast of Europe to northwest China. It has also been reported from the USA, Central America and India. It has been reported as recently expanding its distribution northwards into mainland UK.

Yea lots of these look pretty weird, oh well
The European Firebug (Pyrrhocoris apterus) sure take their time mating. These guys can be coupled for hours (no, really) and walk around in pairs - one of them in reverse of course.
One of the others probably didn't want to wait for them to pass so he or she went straight over them instead.
"I was working in the lab late one night
When my eyes beheld an eerie sight
For my monster from his slab began to rise
And suddenly to my surprise
He did the mash
He did the monster mash"

Here's one alone, a Firebug, Pyrrhocoris apterus. You've probably mostly seen them in large groups and chances are pairs were procreating, 'randy' as these perfectly innocuous bugs are. You might even blush pink or scarlet when you realise their Happy Conjugation can take up to seven days.
Looking carefully, I did spy another on a nearby Mallow Flower; whether they intended to meet for tea... who knows. But I hurried home in the nasty wind for that Hot Brew.
