An interesting event last night, fire alarm sounded at 7.30pm.
After 5 mins it didn’t turn off so I left the building by the stairs (4th floor up of 5) and met a few residents outside the front of the building.
I waited 15 mins and nobody knew what was happening, we were not informed or contacted by anyone who runs the building. After 20 mins I, and others returned to the apartment and then - approx 30 mins after the alarm sounded the fire service arrived.
No idea what caused it but seemingly a false alarm

Not sure where this engine is from. I was moving cross-country and it was at my motel. It was In-Transit along with another engine. Photographed at Motel 6 in Lincoln, Nebraska.

This is a beauty, and the brass work was fantastic.
Many years ago, I nearly applied for work with Dennis.
