I finished my hat for the KAL (knitalong) in three days! I did spend a lot of time each day knitting. Yesterday was a solid five hours.
I finished my Bird Raw Edge DQS8 Quilt. It's packaged and ready for mailing on Monday!
Hope my partner loves it. It's a little hard for me to part with but I'm glad it is going to someone who I know will appreciate it!

It rains very very heavy tonight, I know what I need to do when I go back to home after working.

Three wall hangings for the In Stitches show at Renegade finished at last. Now I can come out of hiding, go to the post office and answer long overdue emails. Had to scan these as there is no chance of a photo shoot this week. The deer piece is larger than A4 so the poor creature is missing her legs!
I couldn't resist taking a quick snap of these all lined up before I packed them away. Lots of work goes into these!
First attempt at Orion for 12months. Images stacked in DSS, DDP in Nebulosity, and finished in Lightroom.
20 x 90sec Lights
30 x 90sec Darks
10 x 45sec Lights
10 x 45sec Darks
No flats and No Bias frames.
I went with a flat pouch in the end as I didn't want to loose any of the detail on the back. Hope you like it partner
Okay, seriously partner. I know I said no more photos, but this is HUGE. It is by no means a mini. Right now it's 33" x 42.5".
Baby quilt size.
What should I do?
(I'm done the top. I wouldn't make it larger.... but it's WAY Bigger than a mini - start over??)
(also no chance of me throwing it out... are you kidding?!! I LOVE IT!! - but maybe a smaller version?)
