52Frames Challenge: Shoot From Above
I've been dealing with the toxicity within my life that I put upon myself, give and receive from others, and the state of the planet.
It makes me sway with the raging sea in my chest; eye of the storm clouds my head. Sobered and life drained from what the waves whispered to me. It reminds me actions speak louder than words.
It makes me think of the flow of people and that the human body is made up of 60% water, is that why I'm so easy going? I am fluid and can chameleon change myself to whomever I'm speaking to - what a grand super power. Just be you.
X made me feel so filthy and dirty. Deviant and forthcoming about it. Honest even when I found him not.
Y made me strive to be good enough and seen, heard, felt. Proof is in the oozing pustular.
Z made me wonder, I guess they all do or did at one point. I wonder of the possibilities and all the chances of meeting one another interstellar connected.
This photo makes me think of all those things. It shows me there is beauty in something as simple as a oil spill in a puddle. It makes me think of the massive destruction it tolls upon the sea, the dirt, and even our drinking water.
What does the photograph say to you? What does it make you think about?
