A boat in the boatyard at Stibbington. Nice mix of tones, textures and a bit of decay. Grey day but I felt this set of photos worked very well.

A street corner in Macclesfield, just over the road from the Water's Green pub. I do like Macclesfield but it's a long trip to get there. The sharpness of this lens amazes me (zoom in and look at the details on the bricks), I'm not really into sharpness but this old camera is pretty impressive.

The butchers shop in Uppingham. Not as sharp as I would like, probably due to the viewing and taking lenses not being quite coupled, but still captures an interesting and traditional scene. Certainly a timeless scene give or take the cars in the background. Might give this another try one summer day and get some detail shots too.

This is Barnack "hills & holes", which is the remains of an old Roman quarry. It's a national nature reserve and is very special with lots of rare wild-flowers in the right season.

Seen on Thorney, an impressive colour on this 1993 Mercedes 300 SL auto. Not sure what it's doing here as an online check indicates it has a "SORN" or statutory off road notification so is not road-legal. But it's a fine colour.

Another little scene from a family boat trip on the Rutland Belle. There's something magical about the way fabric hangs sometimes, the Greeks and Romans were always keen on this in their sculptures.

Some snowdrops outside St Andrew's at Denton. These were in the shade while the church was in the sun so it's a bit of a dynamic range challenge, but the Pro400H manages it.
