I went out for a run to Fortrose today and it was just so nice. The low December sun brings out the colours so well. The Black Isle is very similar to Aberdeenshire, it is farming country. There are lots of little roads like this one.

This large field had just been plowed and sown. We have rich, red volcanic soil on the north west coast. You could grow angels in it ;-)
