A detail of Moraine Lake showing off its distinctive azure blue colour. It seems this colour can be best admired from the end of June onwards, when the glacier-fed lake reaches its highest water level. We were there on a bright day at the end of July and the colour was amazing!

Taken in Barnes's Grove, I loved the way this tree was handling one of its fallen branches. The colour version of this didn't highlight the relationship between the two as the green was too overwhelming. Hope you enjoy!

Just adored the shape of the twisted trunk as it playfully seems to hang off the main beech trunk like a playful child. Taken in Barnes's Grove, Buckinghamshire.

At one time we had 7 beautiful and loving fur-babies... sadly only Bob and Lola are with us...

now their paw-prints are forever in my heart....

I had to share their angelic faces on Caturday...

I miss them all dearly...

They all crossed the Rainbow Bridge way too soon... all with some form of cancer...
