Having just left her berth at Morton Terminal, Federal Weser is backing down the Detroit River for the Ojibway Anchorage. The crew just walked out the anchor to the waterline, in preparation to drop it in a few minutes.
Built in 1934 as a federal building it is now home to the Scott College of Business at Indiana State University.
I met up with former flickr member Rod the other day. We had a great time catching up and exploring Oshawa, a city with natural conservation areas, industries, residences, farms and rivers!

There was another senseless tragedy on the weekend, as someone went over the brink of 410 ft. Feather Falls in northern California. It is sad but the guy should not have been anywhere near the raging water at the top of the falls. Click my blog to find out more.
