Built 1992 as a passenger aircraft for LTU as ‘D-AERX’. Joined Swissair in 1998 as ‘HB-IWT’. Retired from passenger use in 2002, she was registered as ‘N15WF’ until converted to freighter in 2005. She then flew as 9M-TGS with Transmile Air Services until bought by FedEx in 2011.

Looking amazing in the great scheme of Federal Express. A much sharper and nicer scheme than the current scheme. This airplane was delivered new to Federal Express in September 1993 and flew withe them till July 1997 when, like a few other MD11's she crashed on landing, flipping over and burnt out at Newark, New York.
