This photo features three women standing on a sandy beach, posing for a picture. They are all smiling and enjoying their time together. The women are standing close to each other, with one woman on the left, another in the middle, and the third on the right.

There are several chairs scattered around the beach, with some located near the women and others further away. A handbag can be seen on the ground, possibly belonging to one of the women. Additionally, there is a cup placed nearby, possibly containing a refreshing drink for the group to enjoy during their beach outing.

Pakoras on a rainy afternoon? French fries to go with your sandwiches? Fried chicken or potatoes every other day. Now you can enjoy everything without fear. And let the kids devour them too, without worrying about the extra oil. Fried food is the ultimate comfort food, and thanks to Fryo, it’s back on the menu.

Now with a single switch, turn your Robocook into an AIR FRYER. Wanna know how? Fix your Fryo air-fryer lid on top of the Robocok automatic pressure cooker. And TADA ! Make yummy mouth-watering dishes.

Fryo consumes less oil than your regular frying resulting in few calories dishes.

Title: City Creek Center

Creator: Zimmer, Gunsul, Frasca Partnership; Hobbs and Black Associates; Callison Architecture; FFKR Architects Planners

Creator role: Architect

Creator 2: SWA Group (Firm)

Creator 2 role: Landscape architect

Date: 2007 (began) 2012 (completed)

Current location: Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, United States

Description of work: The City Creek Center is a mixed use center combining retail, residential, and office space within two city blocks of downtown Salt Lake City. The center was largely backed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormon Church), through their development arm City Creek Reserve Inc. (CCRI), which partnered with Taubman World Class Shopping. Water features include fountains, waterfalls, and the re-creation of the historic City Creek which courses through the public space and serves as a framework to connect spaces in the project. Among the Centers other notable features are a retractable glass roof and a glass-walled pedestrian sky bridge that spans Main Street and provides vistas of Temple Square. The site slopes 40 feet (12 m) from northeast to southwest allowing the designers to create active urban spaces that serve as entrances and draw in visitors from numerous locations. The retail elements of the City Creek Center were placed on the first two levels with intermittent bridges spanning the open upper floor and the lower level in order to allow visitors to cross these spaces with minimal delay. Each architectural firm involved was responsible for a separate element of the project: Zimmer, Gunsul, Frasca Partnership designed the centers residential structures, Hobbs and Black Associates designed the retail portions, Callison Architecture was responsible for the architectural planning and design of various retail and for-rent residential components, and FFKR Architects Planners designed and coordinated construction of the underground parking. (Macht, Will. 2014. "Dividing Blocks and Adding Vitality to Salt Lake City." Urban Land. urbanland.uli.org/development-business/dividing-blocks-an..., accessed October 21, 2015). The elements of the City Creek Center depicted in this image are located within the west block.

Description of view: View of water features from upper level. View towards Temple Square, across E. South Temple. The Salt Lake Temple is in the distance to the right. Residential buildings frame either side of the image.

Outdoor Garden Water Feature Fountain - Features / Fountains

Garden fountains are beautiful outdoor water accents. Outdoor fountains are used in public parks, gardens, yards, patios and decks. The most traditional design is a tiered waterfall with multiple levels where the water cascades down many levels of stone. A garden fountain is very dramatic and has a high degree of water noise and motion due to the water becoming airborne and crashing into the lower level pool below. The water finds it's way into the pool at the bottom and is taken back to the top again by a powerful water pump to begin it's journey anew. Some famous artists and sculptors have created garden water features which add life and elegance to their sculptures. Today craftsmen and increased knowledge have made available garden fountains for private residences.

Indoor Waterfall Water Feature Fountain - Features / Waterfalls / Fountains

Indoor waterfalls dramatically improve ambiance by bringing the sights and sounds of a modern waterfall into your home or office. The sound of indoor fountains are associated with beautiful nature settings, peaceful vacations and meditative tranquility. An indoor waterfall can provide many health benefits as well. The flow of water captures airborne particles and dust from the air. The slow evaporation of water releases beneficial negative ions into the air and acts as a natural humidifier. For more sensitive environments or healthcare settings we offer a line of indoor fountains incorporating specialized precautions against bacteria and microorganisms. These options include Saniguard coatings, ultraviolet light sterilization systems and reverse osmosis systems.

The new addition to the Ft. Sam Theatre will seat 600 people and features:

-state-of-the-art lighting and acoustics

-a dance studio with the same wood floor as the stage

-a performers' lounge

-an audio/video mixing and recording studio

-Army Entertainment command suite and administrative offices

-an outdoor projector for projecting images against the addition's upper wall

-receiving ramps for moving sets from trucks to theatre

-catwalks rigged to the ceiling for production personnel

-an 80-foot “fly house” pulley system for quick set changes

Designed and outfitted with the latest equipment and features based on a design by RKJ, Inc. subcontractor construction team. Wrightson, Johnson, Haddon and Williams Theater Consultants, the same company that designed the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio, contributed design concepts as well. Husband-and-wife theatre veterans Steve Smith and Nicole Coppinger brought their thespian background and insight to the project. The team proposed the theatre as the new home of the Army Soldier, and it will also play host to Operation Rising Star, USA Express, and concerts from touring music and entertainment stars.

Smith, technical director for the Army Soldier Show, has 20 years' experience in professional theatre and got his start working in Army Entertainment at Ft. Gordon. Coppinger, set designer for the Soldier Show, received her bachelor's degree in fine arts and has worked on Broadway in New York City. They worked with RKJ Construction, Inc., IMCOM Force Management Division and the Army Corps of Engineers to ensure that the new theatre would meet the standards necessary for a comprehensive training venue for budding artists and a Broadway-caliber theatre.

At the same time, all parties took great care to ensure that the front part of the original theatre, which contains the stage, main lobby, ticket box, original entrance and facade and VIP seating were restored to their authentic 1927 look. The carpet, paint, furniture, wood etching and silk banners hanging from the ceiling will all be restored or replicated as closely to the original as possible.

The project, which cost $18 million, started in early 2009 and will be completed in September 2011.

Indoor Wall Water Fountain Feature - Features / Fountains

Add ambiance to any room with beautiful indoor wall fountains. We currently have many styles to choose from in a wide variety of frame materials and waterfall face choices. Our skilled artesians are adept at metal fabrication. The metals available for the frames on your water wall have been chosen for attractiveness, durability and ease of fabrication. The most common metals used are copper and stainless steel. The unique marbled or patina finish is applied to the copper of the indoor wall sculptures one piece at a time. A clear coating is then applied to the metal to give it a high gloss finish as well as to protect the copper from naturally developing a green patina over time. On some of our most recent water wall models we will even go further and apply custom artwork or custom patina shading to the metal making your wall sculpture a true piece of unique art.

The forceful features and developed musculature of this figure are very striking. Traces of paint indicate that he had a moustache and wore a broad collar.

The statue has recently been identified as one probably from a tomb at the southern site of El Kab that may date from the early Fourth Dynasty. The style, which has no good parallels in Old Kingdom statues found at Saqqara and Giza, would seem to reflect a regional style.

This picture features asclepias or commonly known as milkweed. It was taken on September 28th at a retention pond near my house. Milkweed plants can be found in meadows or garden patches around North America. Monarch butterflies lay their eggs only on this native species and the caterpillars only eat milkweed plants. The amount of milkweed plants has been decreasing the past years due to the increase use of widespread pesticides which then results in a decrease in monarch butterflies. This is an example of a density dependent factor because the population of the monarch butterflies decreases due to the decrease in milkweed plants which are the butterfly’s (caterpillar) main and only source of food. Monarch butterflies and milkweed plants occupy the same geography and reciprocally affect each other which is an example of coevolution. The milkweed provides a place for the monarch butterflies to lay their eggs and the milkweed plants produce a toxic chemical that keeps pests away from the monarch’s eggs. The monarchs help pollinate the milkweed plants since they have developed a resistance to this toxic chemical.

This detailed image features a woman in her mid-thirties, who is the central focus. She exudes a welcoming aura as she beams with a radiant smile. The woman is beautifully adorned with a yellow head wrap, which is intricately folded and seems to have a pattern on it. The headwrap gives off a vibrant pop of color against her clothing. The photograph is a close-up shot, capturing the woman's radiant smile, nose, and the texture of her head wrap in great detail. The image appears to be taken outdoors, which adds a natural feel to it. It's a simple yet compelling image that showcases a mix of joy, style, and culture.

Inspired by The Liger Zero (ライガーゼロ Raigā Zero) is a Lion-Type Zoid, one of over 200 species of bio-mechanical life forms that form the Zoid race and provide the basis for TOMY’s model kit, anime, and comic-based Zoids franchise. The Liger Zero is the main characters' Zoid in Zoids: New Century (the first Zoids series to be dubbed into English and shown in the US), and Zoids: Fuzors.

It was also featured in both the Chaotic Century and New Century manga series and played a role in the Battle Story. As a model, it was the centre of Hasbro's New American Release marketing campaign, making it one of the most widely recognisable Zoids in the entire franchise.

The Liger Zero is a Lion-type Zoid used primarily by the Helic Republic, though some variants are used by the Guylos Empire. Unlike its predecessor, the Blade Liger, the Liger Zero is not a derivative of an older design, but rather a completely new Zoid. Although it is primarily used by the Republic, its original prototype data belonged to the Guylos Empire (which derived it from a wild Zoid), which was later stolen by the Republic forces and put into mass production to be used in their war (during the Battle Story). The Guylos Empire would eventually counter it with new variants of their own CAS-customised Ligers such as the Liger Zero X.

lenscratch.blogspot.com/2011/01/vivian-maier.html

A little over a year ago, the work of a then-unknown street photographer named Vivian Maier became a hit on the internet, telling the story of Chicago seen through the eyes of a Jewish refugee from WW II France who came to the U.S. in the early 1950's. Maier's work came to light after John Maloof bought a box of her negatives at an auction while researching a book about Portage Park. The box didn't yield any historical photos of Portage Park, but they struck him as pretty cool. Her work toiled on in obscurity, admired by Maloof, who wasn't sure what to do with them. After he found her name scribbled on a photo envelope in the box, he googled her, turning up a paid obituary in the Chicago Tribune. She had died just days before. In the meantime, he started posting her work on his blog. After linking his blog to Flickr and posing the question "what do I do with this stuff?" the work went viral, becoming an internet sensation. We ran a photoset of her work around that time as well. Since then he's worked to catalog and publish her vision of post-war Chicago and other locales in the United States and abroad. Tomorrow the first-ever exhibition of her work opens at the Chicago Cultural Center.

Another collector, Jeff Goldstein, has also acquired some 12,000 of her negatives. Making this remarkable story even more unusual is that both collectors, Maloof and Goldstein, have not only worked together to bring Maier's work back to life, but that they've become friends through the project. Maloof told Chicagoist, "Jeff Goldstein has become a good friend and we've opened our collections up to one another for research. This has helped organize information about her history and accurately account for the time line of her work, progress,[and] styles. He has been very supportive and we've been sharing help with one another."

Unlike Goldstein, who is an artist and a cabinet maker, has been involved in the Chicago art scene since the 1970's, through Ed Pashke and the Chicago Imagists, Maloof has no art background. "John's an amazing guy because he really had no art background whatsoever, but he catches on quick and has a very strong aesthetic sense. He had the wherewithal to post the initial photographs with the understanding and the feeling that there was something special about them, although maybe he couldn't articulate it." Goldstein says that Maloof brought Maier's work to the public first, and that he was aware of her work when he acquired his portion of her work. "Initially it was a little bit contentious [at first] and understandably, because John had 90 percent of the collection. But over time he and I have gotten really close together working with the collection. My general philosophy with artwork is that nobody really ever owns this stuff, but that you're going to take care of it and enjoy it and keep it intact for the next generation."

Goldstein has since enlisted the help of freelance art consultant Anne Zakaras to help him archive and preserve Maier's work. "It's very time consuming and very expensive, but it's very exciting, since you never know what the next set of negatives is going to show," he says. They've laid out the 12,000 negatives in chronological order, making traditional contact sheets out of those, and then selecting the photos they think are the strongest. That work intersects with what Maloof is going through, although he's dealing with a much larger body of work. The two have been sharing with each other which images each one has, since there is some overlap between the collections. "In the back of our minds, I think we have the prospect of conjoining the collections together, which would be most appropriate" for the collection as an entire body of work, Goldstein says. Going forward, Goldstein acknowledges that such an undertaking will take a massive amount of funding and time.

Goldstein says that for him and Maloof, there is a real positive side to the work of documenting and sharing Maier's images. "The sense that we're reconstituting somebody. When Ed Paschke died, I helped with his studio, and dismantled that, which is almost in a sense like dismembering him, and it's a similar process, in reverse. This is a much more refreshing process, where we're actually sort of bringing somebody back to life. And this is a case too where the artist is as important as the work."

As for what Vivian Maier might think of all this interest in her work, Goldstein is sanguine. "If she really wanted no one to ever see this she would have destroyed it. I don't know if she ever thought out what to do with it. In some sense, it's of such an unmanageable volume." Noting the impact that her work has had in bringing photography back to the forefront, "I think if she realized that her work was of that caliber, I think she would be for it. Whether or not she had to be present for that, I think she would be totally indifferent. I think she would be totally surprised" that so many people are so excited about her work. "She went through such a mechanical process of shooting, to keep herself connected, it's really more about documenting her own life, there's such a privateness to this, I think she would find it unbelievable that other people have taken such a strong interest in her work. She didn't seem to be real interested in the end product of photography, which is the prints. She seemed more interested in the mechanical process, somehow connecting or attaching herself to what she was seeing through the lens."

Finding Vivian Maier: Chicago Street Photographer starts with an opening reception from 5:30-7:30 Friday at the Chicago Cultural Center, and runs through April 3.

Update: Anne Zakaras got in touch with Chicagoist earlier today to clarify some of Maier's history since the discovery of her photographs: "Since your first 2009 article, we have all discovered that Vivian was actually born in New York City in 1926. Her parents were immigrants. Her father was Austrian and her mother was French. She had a stronger sense of her French heritage since her father died when she was young. As a young child she went back to Europe with her mother and then again returned to New York in the 50's and eventually made it to Chicago. Also, she wasn't Jewish, and it hasn't been confirmed that she was actually a WWII refugee even though that's what has been said by the folks at Central Camera."

The name Ranelagh applies to many geographical features. The stretch of road joining Sandford Road (which begins at the corner of Anna Villa) to Ranelagh Road (which begins at the railway bridge) is known as Ranelagh or Ranelagh Village. The whole surrounding area is also popularly known as Ranelagh, stretching from Charlemont Bridge on the Grand Canal at the northern end of Ranelagh Road down to the junction with Milltown Road at the southern end of Sandford Road, and from Leeson Street to the East towards Rathmines to the West. At the centre of Ranelagh is "Ranelagh Triangle", semi-officially "the Angle", which is the junction of Ranelagh Village and Charleston Road at Field's Terrace. Nearby restaurant "Tribeca" references these geographical features (i.e., Tri-angle Be-low Ca-nal). To the North of the Triangle is the "Hill Area" of Ranelagh, which was the scene of Lee Dunne's novel, "Goodbye to the Hill". Ranelagh contains many fine Victorian streets such as those surrounding Mount Pleasant Square.

The townlands of Ranelagh North and Ranelagh South are in the civil parish of St. Peter's and in the barony of Uppercross. They are bounded on the north by Harcourt Road and Adelaide Road, on the east by Sussex Road and an old irregular boundary from there to Chelmsford Road, on the south by Chelmsford Road, Ranelagh Village, Charleston Road, Oakley Road and Dunville Avenue, and on the west by Beechwood Park, Belgrave Square East, Mountpleasant Avenue Upper, Bessborough Parade, Rathmines Road Lower and Richmond Street South.

The area popularly known today as Ranelagh also includes parts of the adjoining townlands of Cullenswood, Sallymount and Milltown.
