This was a nice paper to hang in this Sittingbourne bedroom. It was hung over a 1400 grade lining paper (always recommended).
The walls were prepped and Zinsser Gardz was applied before lining paper.

Phlegm was invited to Sheffield along with 15 other local and international artists as part of the Feature Walls mural event.

Another fantastic wall mural by Phlegm. This one is just off Ecclesall Road on Snuff Mill Lane and was painted in October 2016 for Feature Walls.
Phlegm has cleverly integrated the original street art by Bubba 2000 that could originally be found on this wall into his mural. Bubba’s jumping boy can be seen caged in one of the towers towards the centre of the wall. The security alarms on the wall have also been incorporated into his artwork.

Born in North Wales and now residing in Sheffield, UK, cartoonist and illustrator Phlegm is well known for his self-published comics and amazing graffiti/street art. Many of the larger-than-life characters that adorn the walls he spray paints originate from his comics.
Much of his artwork is illustration-based, thus his lack of true graffiti-style lettering may lead some to describe his murals/walls as more cartoon-based art. Regardless of what you may categorize his work as, it is unique and intriguing.

Spare room was originally mid purple in colour. All walls, trim, door, window sill & wardrobe needed repainting.
All wood was rubbed down, primer/undercoat applied where necessary and painted with Gloss white.
Walls received 2 coats of Gliddens Contract Matt white. Feature walls painted with 2 coats of Dulux Vinyl Matt Atlantic Surf 5. None feature walls received 1 extra coat of the Gliddens.
Radiator also received a rub down & fresh top coat of gloss white.

This large and colourful wall mural on the side of the Shakespeare’s pub by Florence Blanchard was the final wall to be painted for Feature Walls. Florence, who was part responsible for curating the Feature Walls event, painted this vibrant piece of street art towards the end of October and the start of November 2016. There’s a tropical theme going on here and it looks fantastic – one of her best works yet!

Feature Walls is a large scale festival of murals taking place in the heart of the city centre between 22–30 October.
Sheffield has a long tradition of spontaneously lending walls to its most creative Street Artists, which has attracted journalists and photographers to the city over recent years. In collaboration with Year of Making 2016, FEATURE WALLS is a large scale celebration of this unique art and culture.
Curators B&B (Bradbury & Blanchard) have invited international and Sheffield based artists to showcase their work on selected ‘canvases’ in the heart of the city, creating an outdoor gallery of fantastic colourful murals. The artists represent a diverse range
of typographic, abstract and figurative styles and are among the most talented, innovative and highly regarded in their field today, including practitioners from Australia, France, Italy, Austria and Spain.
