Mother Nature has a very nasty side to her, yet, she can be very beautiful as well.
Here is a fancy frost that she left on the hood of my Dodge Ram pickup on January 20, 2015.
A lovely entrant in the fancy shawl dance contenst - 113th Annual Arlee Celebration. Her beautiful face barely reveals the effort to remain graceful as a butterfly in the second dance as heat and fatigue charge their due.

The Frillback is a breed of fancy pigeon developed over many years of selective breeding.Frillbacks, along with other varieties of domesticated pigeons, are all descendants from the Rock Pigeon (Columba livia). The breed is known for the frill or curls on the wing shield feathers. The feather curl should also be present at the ends of the foot feathers or muffs.

These old bathing huts and workshops were by the beach near Tavira, Portugal. The locals were painting and repairing everything ready for the summer and the freshly painted walls with weathered wood of the doors looked fantastic.
This fanciful burglar alarm, which appears to be made of stained glass, shows on the wall of an abandoned bank building in Tipton,IA. Not sure if it lit up, sounded a bell, or both.
