This abandoned workshop had existed in Anshan, Liaoning Province, Northeast China. The area used to be the most important heavy industry base of the country. Since late 1990s, a huge number of state-owned factories were going bankrupt one bye one due to global structural changes.
The photo was taken in February 2004 and the workshop was knocked down in 2005.
When the war came to the Antarion IV, the factories became a significant target for heavy bombers of the enemy faction. As a result, each factory was upgraded to defend itself and ultimately the factories on Antarion IV became as heavily armed as the war machines they produced.

this robot picks up a pair of flats at a time and drops them onto a conveyor belt that carries them into the rotating drum, which sorts out the incorrectly-sized beans. they then go up above where the person visually inspects them before they go on to have the "jelly belly" name printed on them

Grabbed this shot while driving past. I always think this factory looks so cool. It's awesome at night too.
The structure and style of this factory building was inspired by one in Portland, Oregon. The colors and surroundings do not represent to prototype.
We are making some eco bags to sell on tour. This is our first model - raindrop = music note. We printed them all in our bedroom with our trusty print gocco.
