Poor boy spent three hours on the porch during freezing weather. He was not happy.

I almost forgot today was Friday so I already posted an arachnid today. Wish the admin of Arachtober wasn't so strict so I could put this in that group too. Oh well. LOL
I hear Arachtober will allow two per day starting on the 15th. ;-p

Sunset time and it was quite windy. The clouds were busy engaged in their drama of creating new shapes and in the process, the sky forgot its actual color. Just at this moment when there was a myriad of color tones.
I came back to the camera after 5 1/2 minutes and realized that I forgot to draw something, hate when that happens

& I truly love how A.J. looks here! I used to find this doll very boring, but I must say, she's everything but boring. <3

This is an image from the Dalles Hilles that my photography buddy, Zack Schnepf showed me while scouting for good places to shoot. The early morning light was great but the wildflowers were not that great this year up. I added some drama to the sky to complement the foreground and match the intensity of the light

"The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart," that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming: 9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. 11 As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame." 12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile--the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." (Romans 10:1-13)
Jesus came to bring spiritual LIFE to the spiritually dead and set the captives FREE! FREE from RELIGION, ERROR and outright LIES, so WE might serve THE LIVING GOD! In SPIRIT and in TRUTH!
So you'll KNOW, and not think you're to bad for God to love. The Christian LIFE isn't about how good WE are, because NONE of us are! It's about how GOOD JESUS IS! Because JESUS LOVES US, so much he died in our place and took the punishment for all of our sins on himself. The wages of sin is DEATH, and Jesus took the death WE so richly deserved for us and died in our place. The good news is, there's no more punishment for sin left. WE, you and I were all born forgive as a result of the crucifixion of God himself on the cross that took away the sins of the whole world. All we have to do is believe it, and put your Faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. That my friends is REAL UNCONDITIONAL LOVE! YOU ARE LOVED. ❤️ ✝️ ❤️

I forgot to upload this pic (so I'm slightly out of sequence!). While Tim and Lina were sitting on a bench waiting for JJ and me to catch up with them, I took this photo from the top of the wall. You've seen Sally Port beach looking towards the harbour. In this direction you can see part of the Square Tower, Victoria Pier, a couple of forts in the Solent waters and the Isle of Wight on the horizon.
Forgot I hadn't finished processing a number of photos from my last spring trip up to Tennessee. Oh, well, better late than never I guess.......
For 120 pictures in 2020 #54 "I forgot day", this jar of summer savory is empty, and I forgot to buy more, and this is delaying the making of a batch of homemade breakfast sausage - a serious consequence.

I forgot to share this shot from earlier this summer; we were descending Narao Peak in Yoho NP when we took a break along a rocky bench below a large patch of snow. This is where I found this stunning miniature meandering stream. It was only a few centimetres wide, but it had incredible symmetry; it almost looked contrived! I must confess that I did edit this photo--I removed a large patch of snow that was coming in on the left side of the frame because it detracted from the amazing symmetry of the stream. I very rarely remove elements from photos, but in this case I feel it was justified, especially because I'm sure the snow would've melted out of frame within a week or two. What do you think? Thanks for looking!
