This is from a roll I shot to test out an idea for a film swap. I made a mask to cover the left side of the frame. shot a roll of film, rewound the film, reversed the mask and then my daughter shot the roll again. The messy edges have been tidied up here.
This is the only shot on the roll where te hole in the mask "worked"
A film swap project with a friend who lives in Armenia. The film is double posed. One time in Istanbul and one time in Yerevan.
The results of my crazy cool collaboration with Mr Hobgrumble. In this instance, Hobs shot a roll of Fuji 400 Superia X-tra in his Olympus OM1 in Liverpool, then rewound and sent it to me, and I ran it through my Olympus Pen EE3 here in Glasgow. Since the Pen EE3 is a half-frame camera, some of the shots are split in half on my layer... which seemed to confuse the chaps at Snappy Snaps to no end, so they scanned some separately instead.
You can see the totally trippy other roll which he's posted here. Kinda freaky!

Fuji Superia 200 (expired)
I enjoy doing film swaps greatly as you never know quite what you are going to get when the roll is developed. Sometimes shots are rubbish, other times they are fantastic. Sometimes only one of the exposures works.

Part 2 of film swap between myself and Melissa Drummond (www.facebook.com/melissa.drummond.1485 ) in Australia. This is the roll which I started, here in Edinburgh, Scotland, and Melissa then reloaded and exposed in Kalgoorlie, Australia (about 600km from Perth, and 400km from the coast).
I used my Canon AT-1 and I believe it was kodac 400 ISO colour neg, 35mm film.
From one of two rolls of double exposures collaboration with slimmer_jimmer. Check out his excellent photostream.

Doubles project with Anna.
She took the camera to Bangalore on the 13th March 2013 and took photos, I rewound the film and took pictures over the top in Liverpool on Saturday 30th March 2013. This technique is explained here in this video - www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTuV1AK0mBA
Vivitar Ultra Wide and Slim and colour film of no particular distinction.
All of the other cows in this series are in India except here where the cow is a fibreglass model in Liverpool with images of Liverpool's rock musicians on it. I think you can just see a rickshaw driving through Andy McCluskey of Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark's head.

The Pinholga that was being mailed to and fro died a gruesome death. The Schlaboratory has supplied a custom terraPin for the project. Hopefully, the 3D printed camera is more robust, but plastic cameras are still plastic.
The terraPin is but the latest 3D printed pinhole camera design available to freely download from Thingiverse:
The results of my first film swap run. I exposed the film first then passed it over to Hobgrumble to run it through his camers. This time around I used a Zenit E and Hobgrumble a Zenit 11

I was just going through some of my old swap photos with 25thC and was surprised I hadn't yet uploaded this one. It took a little while to grow on me, but I eventually grew to love this photo.

I have to admit to a little PS use - the shots all came out really green. So I just balanced them a little :)

The results of the first of 2 rolls, which happened to be labeled Roll 2, from a film swap with alburnkat on Lomography. alburnkat shot using a Lomography LC-A+ RL, I shot using a Yashica Samurai X3.0. The frames were cropped based on visually interesting shots and oriented based on dominant visuals. Nothing between frames was left out, so if it was exposed, its in these shots. Note the one dual sync pavement and yellow lines shot, coincidence for the win. I had fun shooting this first roll and there's still more to come. alburnkat's home here: www.lomography.com/homes/alburnkat

Film Swap with Dan James . VX 200 Film www.flickr.com/photos/danjamesphotography Pentax ME Super. Solution
Our theme this time was vehicles/trees.
We each shot a roll of photographs of vehicles on our Pentax ME Supers with Solution VX200 film, then rewound the films, posted to each other, and shot the second layer of trees.
What I really enjoy about this film swap is the dreamlike layered images that though random can also appear to be synchronized and the rich colours of the overlapping images .
