Part 2 of film swap between myself and Melissa Drummond (www.facebook.com/melissa.drummond.1485 ) in Australia. This is the roll which I started, here in Edinburgh, Scotland, and Melissa then reloaded and exposed in Kalgoorlie, Australia (about 600km from Perth, and 400km from the coast).
I used my Canon AT-1 and I believe it was kodac 400 ISO colour neg, 35mm film.

Filmswap with myself. Petri 'Micro Compact' vs expired Fuji Sensia 100iso slide film. Cross processed. First shot in Steyning, second in Mayfield.
Expired Ilford FP4+. Triple exposure by me.
Looking into this image I can see several moments. The image of the tent would have been taken by me in August 2013 (since I spent that week in that tent). The image of the shop and the girl walking and the trees was taken on the Cowley Road in Oxford in January 2014; I thought the camera battery was dead at the time but evidently not. Both of those images would have been taken on an Olympus 35DC. There is also evidence of other buildings and a bicycle and these came from December 2014 when I had put the film into a Cosmic Symbol camera to complete it.
The film was developed at home by me in Ilfosol-3 for 9.5 minutes on December 7th 2014. To the right of the image you can see the holes in the film from the clips I used to hang it up after processing.
This is an unintentional film swap. I originally put this charity shop roll of expired Ilford FP4+ into an Olympus 35DC in 2008, and shot the occasional frame on it until 2011, when the camera got put away in a tidying frenzy. In 2014 I pulled it out to finish the film but by then the battery was dead. I thought I had at least half the film still left to shoot, so I rewound it and put it into my Cosmic Symbol, which would need no battery. I thought I had shot through the correct number of frames with my hand over the lens to get to the unexposed part but evidently I underestimated this because there are a lot of double exposures.
The difference between my life in 2011 and now in 2014 is represented in some of these images. In many ways they show what my overlapping memories and feelings seem like. They are not a traditional film swap, but the "difference in me" between then and now almost makes up for the two images not being taken by different people, so I'm treating them as if they were.
Filmswap with Captain Bonobo - and the first results from the Analogue Brighton film swap box (see thread).
Looks like we managed to overlap 50/50. Crops are as they came off the CD from the lab.

Series: "Norwich, UK x Oʻahu, USA"
Cameras: Cardboard Pinhole Cameras
Film: Fujifilm Superia 200
Locations: Norwich, UK and O‘ahu, Hawai‘i, USA
This is one in a series of images taken collaboratively with fellow pinholer, The Old Penhold. We both each exposed a roll of film, rewound it, and then mailed it to the other. The film was re-exposed, developed, and the multiple-exposed images assimilated.
Preconceived ideas of the other's photographic style and usual subject matter are often considered in these types of "collaborations", but the final outcome of the images is mostly left to serendipity and chance.
For more images from this collaboration, please look at The Old Penhold's Flickr set [Click Here], and on my photostream [Click Here].
Film Swap with Dan James . VX 200 Film www.flickr.com/photos/danjamesphotography Pentax ME Super. Solution V X 200 Film
Our theme this time was vehicles/trees.
We each shot a roll of photographs of vehicles on our Pentax ME Supers with Solution VX200 film, then rewound the films, posted to each other, and shot the second layer of trees.
What I really enjoy about this film swap is the dreamlike layered images that though random can also appear to be synchronized and the rich colours of the overlapping images .
Doubles with rockyourmind (www.lomography.com/homes/rockyourmind), Lomo LC-A, Kodak Elite Chrome 200 (cross-processed)
This is an old collaboration with JOCKO.HOMO made in 2005.
He shot the first layer, I shot the second.

LC-A✦ xpro (traitement croisé) ✦ double exposure ✦ 2005
Is this double exposure collaboration with "Gabo Man" a Dog's Breakfast or is it the result of artistic genius ? Then again ... it could just be shite ... you decide.
Gabo mailed me this roll of film and I had no idea what he had shot previously.
I shot this with an Olympus Muji ShitCam and I can't remember what Gabo shot with ??? Gabo ???
Best viewed in conjunction with Swap Stage Right...not sure how we did this, but I like it. In this frame the kitchen in Norwich is left, O'ahu is right.
A shot from the second O'ahu x Norwich series, a pinhole collaboration (film swap) with art y fotos. First exposures were made in O'ahu, Hawaii with a cardboard pinhole camera, the second in Norwich with the Mintymorph homemade pinhole camera. All shot on Kodak Portra 160.

The first image from an excellent Pinhole Film Swap with the utterly awesome Jana Obscura (check her shots out, she rules!). First shots were made in Seattle (in a Zero Image 69MF I believe) and the roll was then mailed to me. I then shot with an 8Banners Graphite Dragon 6x18 pinhole camera (curved film plane). In this case my shot was at Stonehenge...which should be recognisable.
Oh, and this is the first roll of film I have scanned with my new, shiny and superb Epson V700...I like!
If you want to participate in a Pinhole Film Swap then head over to our group, we'd be delighted to collaborate.

Filmswap with frühstücke, Leeds via Paris, although obviously something went wrong because only the Leeds images made it onto the film.
The banding runs consistently along the entire length of the roll, radiating out from each sprocket hole. (Developed at a lab in Switzerland.)
