Many former Stagecoach Olympians have operated from Southampton, including three from Stagecoach London. Here is 34033 (P543HMP), which is pictured on route 3.
Route 3 is now the new route 7, operated by Enviro200 single decks. Back then, 4-5 buses of the PVR would be Dart SLFs, with the other 2-3 either Volvo B10BLEs, Olympians or B7TLs. I even saw one of the old East Lancs bodied Olympians on this route once or twice!
In November 2009, two former First London Palatine 2 bodied Volvo Olympians joined the Southampton fleet - the first of their kind.
The first was 34010 (N310JBV), which was acquired from First Bristol. It is pictured between Bassett and Swaythling on a 7.
9 Streetlite Max buses operate in Weymouth, predominantly on the 1 but they do stretch across the network. Here is 63181 pictured on route 2.

A number of First Southampton's City Red Streetlites have received Christmas decorations. Here is 47611 passing along Kendal Avenue on route 2 with its extra passengers!
Solent Rangers connect Portsmouth to Southampton every half an hour on route X4. Streetlite Max 63308 does the honours here.
With the Scanias due for imminent replacement (albeit, just being shunted up the road to Portsmouth services), I decided some shots of them on the X4 or X5 would be in order.

North West Ambulance Service's DK09 GAA, PO61 FHD, PO60 EHG, PO60 EHR, and PO60 EHL, are pictured at rest, at the Carlisle yard.
35619 is one of two Park & Ride Streetdecks in use in Portsmouth, with 35618 currently in away being painted as the third vehicle. The brand is quite vibrant!

For the summer months, the X52 interworks with the X53 to form an hourly frequency between Bridport and Weymouth via Abbotsbury. 32329 does the honours here as it heads home to Weymouth.
