This is the old Ford farm truck I have been posting as a series of close-ups recently. It is on display along the roadside in Meadowville, Utah.

Someone made unusual modifications to this abandoned, or ghost, ship.
A piece of curved, reinforced sheet metal has been permanently attached to the front of the vessel's pilot house. This is not normal as it would completely block the crew's view and make it impossible to steer the vessel safely from within the pilot house. Photos elsewhere taken from the other side of the boat show that the barrier does not extend as far around the starboard (right) side of the pilot house.
Also, metal bars that run from just below the roof of the pilot house to the top of the railing seem to prop up the port (left) side of the pilot house. This is not a normal feature of modern naval architectural architecture. Among other things, the row of metal bars would get in the way of people wanting to walk along the port side of the boat.
I can describe the modifications but I'm at a loss to explain them.

O exemplar da fotografia pertence a um lote de 33 aviões que voaram na Força Aérea Brasileira, de 1958 a 1973.
Esta fotografia passou a fazer parte do acervo permanente do Centro de Documentação da Aeronáutica em 28 de novembro de 2017 por ocasião da assinatura de um termo de recolhimento.

noventa e nove fotografias. Após iluminar
com flash e captar apenas as partes que
deveriam ser exibidas, ele as uniu
digitalmente. Assim, os outros aviões que
estavam perto não apareceram na cena. A
pós produção foi feita para que o metal se
destacasse em preto e branco.

The old Henry Jones IXL jam factory buildings have been preserved and are now a key element in this arts precinct. Just last week the Art Hotel celebrated 20 years in this restored building.
Niccy, the Doggos, and myself just got home from a road trip up to the Northwest. These are some of the thngs we saw.
On our way North we stopped in Crescent City California. Why did we stop here? It was a nice big parking area where we could let the doggos out for a stroll and there were BOATS! Unfortunately I didn't see an IMO number so I can't tell you much about her but she sure is pretty!
This shot is a SOOC manually shot jpg, with no editing or cropping. I shot this at several different f/ stops and this is the one I liked best,I do have the RAW file as well. Slowly but surely I'm getting the hang of (M)anual Mode!
