Amazing that just a few months ago a wildfire swept through this area. Table Rock while still scorched on the forest floor, has made a wonderful recovery.

I've released a new video episode that focuses on the bokeh performance of the new Sigma 135mm f/1.8 ART series lens compared to the Sigma 85mm f/1.4 ART lens released last year (among other lenses). The 135 ART has the ability to produce some very nice bokeh, as this isolation of a newly unfolding maple leaf shows. To see the whole episode visit here: bit.ly/85v135Bokeh. You can see other photos from this lens here: bit.ly/135ARTgal This image was featured in Flickr's Explore at position 32.
Technical Information: Canon EOS 5D Mark IV + Sigma 135mm f/1.8 HSM ART | Processed in Adobe Lightroom CC, Photoshop CC, and Alien Skin Exposure X2 (use code "dustinabbott" to get 10% off)

I didn't set the lens correctly in the camera. The shot was actually taken with a TT Artisan 50mm lens at f/1.2.
Today's winter sun made for a refreshing walk. Not spring yet, by a long chalk, but a sense of what spring will be.
