The Valerian plant has a beautiful cluster of tiny flowers staged like a ball. I love this flower. Doesn't look like fireworks? :-)
In the garden.
Have a fantastic weekend, my friends.
Camp was freaking amazing... running and around and taking down the GDI... and spending time with some of the most amazing people on the planet! Ori and Bubby & I got to all spend time together, despite being over 2,000 miles away... and honestly it wasn't just the highlight of my camp it was one the biggest highlights of my 2020. Here we are in a narrow escape from an explosion!
At the Japanese Garden. Weather was suppose to stay dry...well, this is the PNW. Good thing we all went prepared with our raincoats! Two good things rain does--it disperses the crowd quickly😄, and the pop of color it adds to foliage is amazing!

There are few places you'd go to not really expecting to see something spectacular because the weather isn't that great to begin with...
On the other hand, there are times when the weather is too good and you'd pray for a little clouds as without them there are no colours...
When I was in Elgol, the weather was simply too good that I never really expected to see an explosion of colours that the air almost turned golden around me which was a classic view.
I enjoyed sitting by the beach watching the storm that was brewing way into the horizon over the Cuillin ranges...

Thanks for viewing and have a nice weekend!
The world lies broken and dying, and yet beauty still thrives in its last breaths.
As long we have Techno and the Technoqueen, nothing can happen ;)

An explosion of sun light, reflected in the water between the two rows of reed. It was a very special morning during sunrise with local mist conditions. Purmerend, 2018.

Thank you very much for your comments and faves, regretfully, I am finding it increasingly difficult to reply to your comments, because of my very limited time on the internet, due to constant power interruptions in South Africa. I do read and appreciate every one of them, however! Thanks again!!
