View across the frozen Charles River in Boston MA, USA, fotographed at approximately -15°C..... that was fun!

I never tire of this landscape. Taken on the way down from the mountain, showing a fairly rural area with a few quiet houses. Not too far from a city, however!
Taken while in a moving car, so excuse any slight blurs ☺
Said no one ever. But I did. And while it was a lackluster weather day, with rain showers dominating the skies, I was quite surprised when the sun and Union Pacific cooperated. Here a westbound has the light across the BNSF diamond and moves past the assorted industry and interchange tracks.
A vivid memory from last Autumn in the Lake District. The warm early evening sun was beginning to set behind the hills but the haze was so strong, it was a beautiful time to just walk around the lake.

This is not a new technique. Have seen a lot with rings. Thought of using my lens filter for the same.
Lately spending a lot of time reading and playing with lenses! :)
On a typical early June afternoon a cruise train returns to Seward after exchanging passengers at the Alaska Railroad Depot at the Ted Stevens International Airport. The Northbound leg of this trip was all passengers ending their stay in Alaska while the southbound is all passengers just beginning their trip in Alaska. The railroad spends a fair amount of time along Turnagain Arm as they approach Brookman in this view.

I love to shoot sunsets. A sunset is always different every time. I like a sunset when clouds hide the setting sun. I like a sunset with scattered small cloud formations, I love a sunset that is not too fiery, a sunset with blue-gray tones.

Last year we celebrated birthday of my mom with a dinner in the historical Sargans Castle, located at the foothills of the Swiss Alps. We had the 500 year old castle all to ourselves for the evening. We explored the 500 year old castle before dinner - this is the entrance hall.
I processed a balanced, a paintery, and a photographic HDR photo from two RAW exposures, blended them selectively, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.

Don’t say: “From where do I start?” .. Obedience to Allah is the first
Don’t say: ” How can I know my way?” .. The law of Allah is the guidance
Don’t say: “Where is my bliss?” .. Paradise is enough
Don’t say: “I will start tomorrow” .. maybe the end is coming
I was playing with permissions last night, and I find that this morning around 40 of my photos --most of the recent ones--have been dropped from Explore.
I am hit and miss for a bit . . . figure out what is going on with me medically. Thanks for Viewing.

Field of orange tulips near Biddinghuizen in the area of Flevoland (The Netherlands). it's like a celebration of Spring. Amazing colors of nature. I took this picture deliberately in this way to get this depth of field.

*Probably one of my best shots in 2016. The colors, DOF and contrast between the sky and flowers are outstanding in my opinion. This picture is also the celebration of the Spring season with these beautiful orange colors of nature.
