"You are not in this world to live up to other people's expectation, nor should you feel the world must live up to yours."
Everybody always wants something. Whether it's who they want us to be or what they want us to do with our lives. But their expectations don't matter. The only expectations we should have our the ones made by ourselves to make us a better person.

Living between Dades and Todgha gorges in the summer, in the desert in the winter, Aït Hadidous are some of the last nomadic berberic tribes in Morocco. They have a very harsh life, and few ways to escape it as long as they stick to their traditionnal ways of life. But they don't seem unhappy...

Here's a figure that lived up to my expectations and failed them simultaneously.
I'd always been curious about the Super 7 figures. The photos looked alright, but the price point kind of kept me out. Comments in particular about the Thundercats line were not particularly flattering.
During Black Friday, there was one store that had Cheetara on sale. I'm not a huge Thundercats fan, but being a female figure and a character I recognize, I went for it.
Packaging is nice, though I'm not sure its $90 CAD nice. Contents of the set are.. not terrible, though mostly its of things I cannot identify. About the only things I recall from when I was a kid would be the the short and long staff, and I seem to recall the mirror. In addition to the parts, you're also given a flame effect, which I think is supposed to used to simulate speed - there's no manual.
I will say that the one head sculpt with the extended hair is very much appreciated, as that along with the flames do help simulate movement.
The paint on this figure really is as bad as people described it. Apps are generally quite messy either being too heavy or plain terrible. To say that the final product does not quite reflect the prototype would be putting it nicely.
The articulation is probably more of a let down than the actual way the final product looks. For a figure this expensive, the number of joints and range of motion permitted are actually pretty basic. I don't think it would be too much to least match NECA in terms of what the body can do.
If I'm being completely honest though, this tends to be an issue with most non-Japanese figure, with the Japanese figures not featuring waists, for example, typically done to preserve the curves of the body. I get the feeling if spent real money on those Gladiator females people are raving about, I'd end up raving as well.
