When things don't work, out one needs to try and do something about it.
As I am slowly (very slowly) gaining a bit of skill, my position of not doing Post-processing is being compromised.
Inactive people are nearly twice as likely to develop heart disease as those who are active. The good news is that physical activity can protect your heart and you don't have to run a marathon to see benefits. Regular physical activity can also reduce your chances of developing high cholesterol and high blood pressure.

Benidorm,Spain- An unidentified elderly man carries out an exercise routine on the board-walk of this beach resort. Photg Hugh Peralta
I call this little excercise. Raven noir.
Lay in a tub of very warm, very bubbly water.......... Lift up leg up and down at least 15 repetitions.. lower leg into water. Rest.
Hydration is very important in this excercise.......... So have several swallows of wine.
Repeat 15 repetitions. Hold..........
Lower in water and rest.
Take several swallows of wine.
Repeat. This time 20 reps.... Hold 30 seconds. Rest...,. Take several sips of wine.
Now call your trainer.
This time. 30 reps. Then pick up glass with toes. Pour contents over ankle. And hold while trainer licks every drop off ankle. Slowly licking towards your pelvic region
Hold leg up as long as possible .
When completed. Have several sips of wine....... And then kiss passionately your trainer.
I have gotten very good results with this excercise.
And you don't even have to be injured to do.........

From here it was just a matter of adding as much colour and detail as I felt necessary.
I continued to add a few more overlays and colour effects here and there.
then there was the logo and the text of course.
that was pretty much it. I'll probably return to this over the next few weeks though.
That's the trouble with this sort of thing.
Where's the end?

I used to LOVE working out, running, weight lifting, rowing, etc. Since we live in a rural area it was cheaper to put a gym in our basement when we moved here than drive 30min each way to a gym. When I started gardening though, I didn't have time to workout and I much prefer gardening to running now, not to mention my scoliosis acts up when I run too many miles. With the possibility of a move on the horizon we decided it was the right time to get rid of the treadmill, weights, bowflex & other stuff.

Another picture from my fitness photoshoot with Lane (standing) and Zhenya (seated). This shoot was awesomely fun. Makeup and hair by the models themselves. On Lane, the main light was a DigiBee800 fired into a medium gridded strip bank, camera left. At camera right, I had a large, foam white reflector. Lane's rim light was an Alien Bees B1600 fired into a medium gridded strip bank, behind her, camera right. Zhenya was lit by an Alien Bees B1600 with barn doors and a 10° grid. The light was straight across from her, about 15 feet away. The barn doors and grid were used to keep light from spilling all over the studio. Zhenya's rim light was a DigiBee800 fired into a small, gridded strip bank only about 3 feet behind her. All lights were triggered with Pocket Wizards.
