My wife doing her Yoga exercise.

Moving water exercise. I couldn't find a photo I liked, so I made my own water fall. Again, any suggestions for improvement are appreciated.

Trident Juncture 2018 is NATO’s largest exercise in many years, bringing together around 50,000 personnel from all 29 Allies, plus partners Finland and Sweden. Around 65 vessels, 250 aircraft and 10,000 vehicles will participate.

As part of my exercise series (i.e. photos taken in motion while on a four mile walk through the parks in downtown Greenville) I'm sharing this photo showing a dog our for a walk with it's human. Also I should point out that Cleveland park has a dog park . Note how green and lush the park is. Greenville has had a lot of rain this year.

It's quite crowded on the hockey field this morning. On the court 170 men, no women, did their warming-up and disappeared in the morning light. Gyeongju, Korea.

The problem is that I love to eat and I love to eat all the wrong things in all the wrong quantities - so here I am after the Thanksgiving feast getting ready to work off at least a few of the extra calories consumed.

Am attempting to use one drive with back up on another, while the third is for show and presentation. so the original coding can best saved as original content. this is also a modified, example: the sky was near completely devoid of color, one can visualize the challenge of working around the trees and oh so many branches. one of the PS tools have not used to any extent, the ability to spot light the given direction of the lighting source, purpose intended, to direct the mind to home in to the tree, branches with the greatest vibrancy. from photograph center direction 1 o'clock. direction. Enjoy the moment !

I call this little excercise. Raven noir.

Lay in a tub of very warm, very bubbly water.......... Lift up leg up and down at least 15 repetitions.. lower leg into water. Rest.

Hydration is very important in this excercise.......... So have several swallows of wine.

Repeat 15 repetitions. Hold..........

Lower in water and rest.

Take several swallows of wine.

Repeat. This time 20 reps.... Hold 30 seconds. Rest...,. Take several sips of wine.

Now call your trainer.

This time. 30 reps. Then pick up glass with toes. Pour contents over ankle. And hold while trainer licks every drop off ankle. Slowly licking towards your pelvic region

Hold leg up as long as possible .

When completed. Have several sips of wine....... And then kiss passionately your trainer.

I have gotten very good results with this excercise.

And you don't even have to be injured to do.........
