He use to use the harmonica as a tool to increase his breathing. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the energy anymore to accomplish this.

During a training exercise at the Selby MOUT site, Fort Benning, Ga.,

1st Sgt. Raul Betancourt, Company C, 2nd Battalion, 69th Armor Regiment,

3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, shouts instructions to his Soldiers. First Sergeant Betancourt's Soldiers spent two weeks refining their combat skills as part of Hammer Focus, the 3rd HBCT's largest field exercise at Fort Benning.

This Cabbage White Butterfly busied itself gathering nectar from the wildflowers at the edge of the wetland pool. It's always refreshing to have one of this very common variety butterfly perch long enough to get a shot.
