This example compares to the NBA draft because as the older students graduate, the school is looking for the best to come learn from them and be apart of their university just like the NBA teams are looking for the best people to fill their teams. Just like the NBA, there are new positions that need to be filled even for one of the best colleges in the country. They look for high school kids that meet all of the requirements that's needed to be able to be apart of their school just like how teams in the NBA look for the best college and high school students to meet their requirements and fill in the old positions with younger people.

In this particular photo, the sun stars are the result of sunlight melting the frost and creating a random pattern of water drops on the windshield. Resulting in a bokeh example, a photo with out-of-focus areas where each point of light becomes an image of the aperture, in this case necked down (to f/22). Photographed with a handheld DSLR (digital single lens reflex) camera set at ISO 100.

Contrast - The white on blue is very contrasting because many posters would use the white background with blue wording. This poster's color makes the words look like the most important thing on the poster. The home games are all in bold.

Repetition - the white on blue is used throughout and also the Colts symbol on top and bottom of the page. The line on the top left is repeated at the bottom left.

Alignment - Everything is aligned to the right, with the exception of the title which is centered. These could be placed to the right, but they also look good like this.

Proximity - Everything is put bunched together by likeness.
