Shot for Petrolhead Events

I took these photos on Saturday at the 2023 Fanime. It is held over the Memorial Day weekend in San Jose, CA. Lovely venue, great event, and so many Cosplayers to shoot with. I probably shot with about 10% of the Cosplayers I saw. Saturdays at Cons are usually packed and this was no exception. It was hard to find free space to shoot but I had a blast. Thanks to everyone that let me shoot with them!

Die Präsentation bietet einen ersten Vorgeschmack zur Ausstellung "Frauensache". Figurinen, raffiniert aus Papier gearbeitet, zeigen Momentaufnahmen des Lebens am preußischen Königshof. Die zarten und empfindlichen Kunstwerke stammen von der belgischen Künstlerin Isabelle de Borchgrave, deren Namen weltweit mit außergewöhnlichen Kreationen aus Papier verbunden ist.

This sculpture is made out of paper by a belgian artist.

Tijdens een Women Vijf vrouwelijke ambassadeurs ontmoetten 50 invloedrijke Nederlandse mediavrouwen. Samen sloegen zij een brug tussen hun twee werelden en gingen zij met elkaar in gesprek over duurzaamheid, vrouwenempowerment en wereldvrouwen.

Yesterday I was at Epoqauto - old cars event, in Lyon.

I saw this beautiful Eventer in the historic vehicles parking.

According to The Lynx Eventer Preservation Society, it is a real Lynx vehicle, the 8th produced.

Lynx produced 67 Eventer from 1982 to 2002.

49 were RHD and 18 LHD.

Another experiment with my spiral editor.

I thought of an event horizon, since it looks like you can still escape on the outside, but once in the circle you are sucked in and spaghettified.

Post Processing in Photoshop.

Original Image Size : 20,000x20,000pixels (400 Megapixels)

From now on I can create images up-to 4,000 megapixels (64,000 x 64,000), theoretically I could go even bigger but it becomes very slow editing such large files on my computer with 'only' 16GB of RAM.
