The long lasting midnight sun in June is a nice time to walk around with some nice lens and enjoy your surroundings...

After driving through rain all the way from Adelaide, as we approached Fishermans Bay there was an eerie calm and light. Within the hour, the wind was up, the temperature dropped and the evening light show began. Now looks like a wild and woolly night ahead of us.

It was a warn golden evening along Navarre Beach Florida last night as folks were out taking advantage of the great weather as the sun was setting. Catured this silhouette setting with the Sony A9 with the Sony 24-70m F2,8 GM Lens. Have a great evening. Cheers!
Winter Light....the reserve behind our house is an ever changing landscape of light. The early evening light has been amazing this last few days, a pre curser to some bad weather?

Pattern source: Knitting Vintage Socks / Nancy Bush
Yarn: Rowan 4 Ply Soft, 3 x 50 g, in shade Victoria
Needles: 2,5 mm
Modifications: I made the leg longer by adding 7 (!) pattern repeats (my legs are not that long!), shortened the heel flap (34 rows instead of 40 in the pattern), and in the toe I added some rows between the decrease rows.
