Leaf and oil in a lock on the GU Canal. WCC 2011/12 PDI Competition 3. Oily water. 14 marks. Judge not very impressed commented on the cut-off at the top and the large 'empty' area to left.

Before

As you enter, wood floors and wood stairs lead you down into this 1060 square foot, 1 bedroom residence stretching the entire width of the building and larger than most 2 bedrooms being built.
Recessed lighting throughout. Lights can be dimmed throughout the entire residence -- in the kitchen, dining, bath, and the Great Room for your personal mood selection.
Big walk-in closet on the left as you enter to store your gear.
Now...Walk down the wood stairs into the main floor of this exclusive residence. The open plan kitchen and dining area are on your left to maximize those views. The monuments, Mall, and Iwo Jima greet you as you descend the stairs for the jaw dropping views, glass wall and balcony on your right accentuated by 12 foot ceilings and wood work finishes. Custom built cherry wood library awaits you.
