Memphis, TN, August, 2019 – Operation “Bluff City Blues,” a two-week long joint federal, state and local law enforcement initiative has resulted in the arrests of 214 individuals in West Tennessee. Those arrested included 79 gang members, 65 individuals for aggravated assault, 34 individuals for homicide and 69 individuals for weapons offenses.
The United States Marshals led initiative brought together federal, state and local law enforcement partners to reduce crime in West Tennessee by identifying and arresting violent fugitives, targeting violent gang activity and collecting intelligence to allow for the systematic removal of individuals who have been charged with committing violent crimes.
In addition to the arrests, Operation Bluff City Blues resulted in the seizure of approximately 771.9 grams of marijuana, cocaine, heroin and crack, $17, 240 in cash, and 28 firearms as well as the recovery of 4 stolen vehicles. In addition, almost 30 registered sex offenders living in Madison and Shelby Counties were checked for compliance with sex offender registration requirements.
Since 2010, the USMS has led more than 70 counter-gang operations which have resulted in more than 8,000 arrests and the seizure of more than 1,800 illegal firearms. For the last 10 years, the overarching goal of the USMS nationwide Operation Triple Beam and Washout initiative has been to bring relief to the residents of communities by strategically and actively pursuing gang members and criminals most responsible for the worst crime and violence in those communities.

A civil enforcement officer (CEO or colloquially traffic warden) is a person employed to enforce parking, traffic and other restrictions and laws in England & Wales. In England, they are employed by county councils, London Borough Councils, metropolitan district councils or Transport for London, and in Wales by county (borough) councils - or private companies contracted by any of the above. Until the passage of the Traffic Management Act 2004, on-street parking and traffic movement violations were enforced by non-warranted police traffic wardens employed by constabularies. Off-street parking violations were enforced by parking attendants employed by local authorities and private companies.

The Nephilim Enforcer was the first combat air unit encountered by humanity, and is astonishingly fast and powerful, though also quite fragile.
In expanding the Nephilim I decided that the black parts are organic, while the grey are mechanical. The Striders and emancipator spin their legs counter clockwise while they walk.
Kyle came up with the idea of spinning wings for a flying unit, and also helped design the missiles.

My entry to Round 4 of the 2014 Bio-Cup, against Hahli141 and his great entry, the Manipulator.
Sgt. Jason Stormer (Preston's younger brother) has just joined the Hero Factory task force, and has been assigned a powerful transforming Helicopter robot, the Helix Enforcer!
Features gear-operated spinning rotor unit, Midak sky blasters on either side, and 2 powerful machine guns, this swift helicopter is capable of rendering even the most forceful army units helpless. For terrestrial combat, this unit transforms into a walker mech with a rotating drill laser and a rotator tri-blade saw!
Creator's comments:
this particular entry was a lotta fun to make, but was the culmination of many unfruitful mocing days, where I slowly progressed on the main body. The rest pretty much came together earlier today, as I work best under the pressure of the deadline. Granted, I'm not fully satisfied with the back (rather annoyed by it in fact), but my supply of white parts was running dreadfully short. I need more white panels, dammit!
Anywho, this was really fun to make, and I like what I've been able to hatch out for this round. Could have been better most definitely. If only I had more parts :/
Best of luck to my opponent Hahli141, who has created a wonderful mech/vic viper combo. Signing off :)

The Panther originally debuted as a racing vehicle, performing admirably both on and off road. However what made it a force to be reckoned with, was it's variable geometry wheelbase. Allowing it the nimble nature of a motorcycle, with the stability and speed of a car. These adaptations claimed it 5 victories in total. The Panther's adaptability made it ideal for police work. As such the Hero Factory has equipped much of it's police force with the panther, and it's quickly becoming the vehicle of choice through the force.
What can I say, they're addicting! :>
The photo doesn't really do it justice, though. It looks so much better in person. :P
