CSX O031, a loaded continues welded rail train left Selkirk in mid April 2022 with a surprising solo leader. CSX #3194, a GE ES44AH, would be in charge of taking this train up to Selkirk, dropping rail alone the way. #3194 is painting in a special “Honoring Law Enforcement” paint scheme. This train would sit in the Newburgh Industrial Spur for an entire weekend, awaiting a crew the following Monday.
DragonCon does not fool around. This was my enforcement team for the con, and I am ridiculously small in this photo and it makes me laugh SO HARD! Wonderful times with the volunteers and ppl who run the con!
A very cool looking background/supporting character.
As it's 3.75" and not a Walmart exclusive Black Series it's only 5POA of course. Just one or two joints - in the arms - would have made this figure infinitely better.
Not in a million years did I think I was gonna go to bed Friday night and wake up the next morning ready to head for Western Alabama. Waking up just after 7, we made our way west for Cowan to meet with Brian and head for Decatur Alabama for CSXT 3194 the Law Enforcement motor on the point of Q514-10. My buddy Andrew was perched north of Birmingham, and kept us updated. The more we sat and waited, the more it looked like it was gonna come after dark. We all made our way down to Cullman after hearing about a possible 4:15 PM CST. As 5 rolled around we thought screw it and started to head home. That's when Andrew called and said he was on the move and to head for Hanceville, AL. We arrived ahead of Q202 running just before Q514-10 and settled in for the wait. Just after Q202 went by, I had the great idea to call the Hanceville PD and ask if an officer would like to come see the locomotive? Turns out, they sent an officer that was working his last shift with the Hanceville PD. What an amazing send off! After that, we headed for Cullman and I only shot video there. Then we shot north for Decatur. I called ahead of time and asked if any of their officers would also like to come out and two came out for about and hour and a half. Slow night lol. They were very pleased to have the chance to see the locomotive, and even more pleased to have their photos taken with the unit!
Just re-built it a little, and re-shot it.
I'm really bored, and I probably won't build anything new anytime soon, so I went back to my white background. I think it's better.
