HOUSTON – 501 arrests were made during a 90-day law enforcement operation to reduce violent gang crime in the greater Houston area. Federal, State and Local law enforcement cleared 793 felony warrants, arrested 113 documented gang members, and seized 41 firearms, 11.6 kilos of narcotics, $461,560 in currency and nine vehicles.

U.S. Marshals-led Operation Triple Beam (OTB) was conducted by the Houston Police Department’s North Shepherd and South Gessner Divisions, along with the, the Harris and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Offices, Texas Department of Public Safety, Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Drug Enforcement Agency, Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas, Texas Department of Criminal Justice-OIG, The Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

OTB is an initiative, developed by The U. S. Marshals, to target and arrest violent fugitives and criminal offenders who commit high-profile crimes such as homicide, felony assault and sexual assault, illegal possession of firearms, illegal drug distribution, robbery and arson. Each local, state and federal agency utilized enforcement techniques and statutory authority in order to disrupt the criminal operations of violent gangs across the county and in the Houston and surrounding areas.

The Panther originally debuted as a racing vehicle, performing admirably both on and off road. However what made it a force to be reckoned with, was it's variable geometry wheelbase. Allowing it the nimble nature of a motorcycle, with the stability and speed of a car. These adaptations claimed it 5 victories in total. The Panther's adaptability made it ideal for police work. As such the Hero Factory has equipped much of it's police force with the panther, and it's quickly becoming the vehicle of choice through the force.

Where there are bad guys someone needs to enforce the law. That only applies to two people in the picture - the Mounties. The rest are criminals with titles and uniforms.

During This Year's Police Week Candlelight Vigil in Washington D.C. the U.S. Marshals Service honored two of our fallen deputies and hosted their families. In 2015 we lost both Josie Wells and Zacarias Toro. In 1962, President Kennedy proclaimed May 15 as National Peace Officers Memorial Day and the calendar week in which May 15 falls, as National Police Week. Established by a joint resolution of Congress in 1962, National Police Week pays special recognition to those law enforcement officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty for the safety and protection of others. NORFOLK, Virginia – A week-long, large-scale gang enforcement operation, labeled “Operation Washout” wrapped up on Aug. 8, resulting in 32 arrests of alleged violent offenders and fugitives.

The U.S. Marshals Service led multiple federal, state and local law enforcement agencies working around the clock Aug. 6-8, concentrating their efforts primarily on known gang members wanted in the greater Norfolk area. Many arrests were of suspected gang members or associates. Additional state and federal prosecutions are pending on those arrested where drug, gun or other crime evidence was seized during or subsequent to the person’s arrest.

The U.S. Marshals Service’s national fugitive initiative known as Operation Washout is deployed to communities to bring immediate relief from violent, gang-related crime. The collaborative law enforcement effort is focused on targeting and arresting violent fugitives wanted for high-profile crimes such as homicide, felony assault, and sexual assault, illegal possession of firearms, illegal drug distribution, robbery, and arson.

Since 2010, the USMS has led more than 70 counter-gang operations which have resulted in more than 8,000 arrests and the seizure of more than 1,800 illegal firearms. For the last 10 years, the overarching goal of the USMS nationwide Operation Triple Beam and Washout initiative has been to bring relief to the residents of communities by strategically and actively pursuing gang members and criminals most responsible for the worst crime and violence in those communities.

This has all of the features of the original set: removable prison pods on the side, rotating cannons on the back, opening interior with small car inside, small flying pods on the back, and a detachable front with cannons. The back pods can also attach to the front half just like on the larger model. The landing pad also has a swivel plate so that you can attach the model in any way.
