These are among my favourite American die cuts and are part of a large set I have. There are unusual combinations of animals and unusual design elements in them. There is the howling cat at left with the moon, a black squirrel which one doesn't often see in Halloween but which I love, with an owl and moon at top, a more predictable flying witch with moon at right and fabulously symmetrical two black arched cats in front of an orange moon at front.
In Spokane, they used to emboss the street names onto the sidewalk. I don't think they do it anymore, though I wish they would. I especially like the ones that have the old names of the streets on them. Our street, for instance, says "Effie" on the sidewalks, even though it hasn't been called Effie for many years. Yarn: Lana Grossa Meilenweit Cotton in Gray, color 41.
I picked up this yarn in Fort Collins because it was a gorgeous deep gray, and I knew I wanted to make these socks with it. It's luciously soft and comfortable, but it stretches out a lot and the socks become baggy very quickly. Nice to work with and wear anyway if you're not to self-conscious about having wrinkly ankles.

Embossed with a swirly pattern on the background, the snowflake rests on an icy blue metallic scalloped circle (which is raised off the base for dimension). A light blue rhinestone in the middle of the snowlfake adds extra sparkle.

Features:
1) Impact strength: The impact strength of solid PC sheets is 250 times that of glass, and the impact strength of hollow PC sheets is 80 times that of glass
2) Light weight: The weight of a solid PC sheet is only about half of glass, and the weight of a hollow PC sheet is only about one twelfth at the same thickness
3) Transparency: The light transmission of a 3mm solid PC sheet is 88%, and the light transmission of a6mm hollow PC sheet is 80%
4) UV-protection: A PC sheet is co-extruded with a high-density ultra violet ray that also keeps the PC sheet from discoloring

10) Easy installation: A PC sheet can be bent while hot or cold and can be used on curved roves and windows. The minimum radius of curvature of a PC sheet is 175 times of its thickness.

Today is the soft launch of Marcie's Metals! I've been doing metal embossing since I lost both of my jobs earlier this year, and have been stocking up on items to sell on Etsy when I have a grand opening later.
