Comme Elsa est toujours sous antibiotiques pour une trachéite, les sorties se font maintenant avec un pull ou un imperméable. Je trouve que le rose lui va bien, mais à mon avis si elle se voyait elle se trouverait trop "girly" ou "bonbon rose" MDR

As Elsa is still on antibiotics for tracheitis, she goes out with a sweater or raincoat. I find that pink suits her well, but in my opinion if she saw herself she would find herself too "girly" or "pink candy" LOL

So I normally only use my Flickr so that I may post my photos on forums, but since this seems to be getting some attention on here, I figured I should add a description...
By now most people know that Disney is in fact coming out with Elsa and Anna dolls in their coronation outfits, but when I started this I did not know that. All I knew was that I had to have a version of this dress somehow.
I made the decision early on NOT to repaint or reroot my Disney Store Elsa...so I thought it would be a quick project. It ended up not being so quick once I made the decision to hand embroider the designs on her dress. The embroidery alone took a week (note that I do work full-time, so this was done during any spare time I had), and then another week was spent hand sewing everything together. Yes, I know how to use a sewing machine, but I prefer to hand sew, especially when working on small projects. ;) I also made the decision to make the skirt of her dress fuller than it is in the movie simply because I like big dresses and the Disney Store almost never makes them big enough. XD She is lacking gloves right now...but since I already have fabric for them, I may add them in the future.
I am also contemplating doing an Anna version... ;)

She's on sale for 50% off and I've been wanting her for quite some time now. I always have a thing for Elsa in her coronation outfit LOL and I think Mattel did an okay job on this doll :)

Concernant sa santé, il s'agissait d'un kyste bénin (ouf) au nom scientifique à rallonge (je vous en fait grâce). Pour ses points de suture arrachés, on va essayer de la faire cicatriser ainsi, mais ce n'est pas gagné vu qu'elle arrache le sparadrap. Dans le pire cas on devra la recoudre de nouveau en espérant pouvoir le faire sous anesthésie locale (pas gagné non plus ça)

Regarding her health, it was a benign cyst (phew) with a very long scientific name. For her stitches torn off, we will try to make it heal just like that, but she tears off the plaster, so let's see. In the worst case the vet will need to sew it again, hoping to be able to do it under local anesthesia (some more doubts there)
Elsa enjoyed a peaceful walk in the snow this morning.

Pas une photo d'art (prise avec mon téléphone), mais je voulais vous montrer la drôle de position d'Elsa, sachant que le matelas (brun) est nettement plus haut que la couverture verte !
Not an art photo (taken with my phone), but I wanted to show you Elsa's funny position, knowing that the mattress (brown) is significantly thicker than the green blanket!
Ca c'est bien Elsa, là elle nous fait un "gros dodo innocent" après avoir gigoté toute la journée ! Depuis qu'il y a du soleil, Elsa passe tout son temps au jardin à aboyer sur tout ce qui bouge, sans parler des 3 promenades sportives de plus de 2 heures au total. Mais au soir, après le souper, enfin elle s'endort, ouf.
This is typically Elsa, sleeping innocently after giggling all day! Since it is sunny, Elsa spends all her time in the garden barking on everything that moves, not to mention the 3 sports walks of more than 2 hours in total. But in the evening, after diner, finally she falls asleep, phew.
Je l'appelle "Elsa la folle". Elle a une de ces énergies et grain de folie je ne vous dis pas. Même Lewis est calme comparé à elle. Je ne vous parle pas des promenades, elle est infatigable et devient presque hystérique quand je prends la laisse. Je dois la faire asseoir pour lui enfiler le harnais, tant elle est surexcitée. Ce qui m'inquiète d'ailleurs, car la semaine prochaine elle sera stérilisée et je me demande bien comment la faire tenir tranquille après l'opération
I call her "Elsa the mad". She has such an energy and behaves crazy. Even Lewis is calm compared to her. And she is a walk addict, she is tireless and almost becomes hysterical when I take the leash. She is so excited that I have to force her to sit down to put on the harness. I'm quite worried because next week she will be neutered and I wonder how the hell I will be able to make her stay still after the surgery.

I spent some well-needed puppy time yesterday, photographing this sweetie. Elsa is a beagle/golden retriever mix born December 26, 2017. She's a strong-willed, smart and determined little girl, and loves to play. She is doing great with potty training and is up to date on vaccinations. She will be spayed, microchipped, and will weigh between 35-45 lbs full grown.

Inutile d'essayer de déguiser Lewis (l'araignée de Halloween était déjà une exception), mais à vrai dire Elsa ne semble pas convaincue non plus. Elle a accepté de jouer le rôle du renne pendant juste quelques secondes.

No need to try to disguise Lewis (the Halloween spider was already an exception), but Elsa doesn't seem convinced either. She agreed to play the role of the reindeer for just a few seconds.
