PART V - Other Figures of Governance and Authority in the Rovingian Organization
Although the organization is fundamentally based on contemporary spiritual nomadism and eco-spirituality, the functioning of the Rovingian Council is based on leadership dynamics that seek to balance democracy, mystery, and the management of energetic polarities.
The Grand Master
Eligibility: Any monk, male or female, who has reached at least the 2nd degree of the order.
Election Process: Elected every five years by the council, through a mixed model that combines universal suffrage with random selection (lottery), ensuring both the collective will and the interference of fate or providence.
Ceremonial Insignia: He is the only one to wear a ceremonial robe, the Vaelite Robe, which is placed upon him at the election.
Ancient origin of the name: Derived from Proto-Indo-European *wel- (to turn, roll, wander) in combination with the ancient Greek alítis (itinerant, wanderer).
Symbolic designation: The Vaélite Mantle is also known as the Mantle of a Thousand Whispers, evoking the idea that the Grand Master carries with him the voices of spirits, the wind, and ancestors.
Characteristics of the mantle: Although ceremonial, it features simple and intricate decoration, possibly incorporating natural colors. It is not ostentatious and is made of wool, linen, and silk, without precious metals, jewels, animal furs or feathers, reflecting nomadism, humility, and respect for Nature.
Trivium
The Trivium is a group of three masters chosen directly by the Grand Master, responsible for the overall organization and ordination rites. The term is symbolically inspired by the three-leaf clover.
Main Functions
General Organization: Administrative supervision and coordination of activities.
Orders: Management of admissions, expulsions, promotions, and rites of passage.
The Magistrath (The Shadow Walker)
Also called Master Atmani.
Ancient origin of the name: Refers to an ancient brotherhood whose name derives from the Sanskrit Atman, the primordial essence, the universal soul, or the vital breath that dwells in all things.
Spiritual meaning: “Those who Walk with the Breath of the World.” In animism, everything has a soul; the Atmani monks are those who attune their own soul to the spirits of the earth through which they pass.
Principle of action: Like the wind, their free will and freedom of action are respected.
Function: A singular authority, of a diplomatic nature, within the council, specialized in dealing with dense, negative, or stagnant spiritual forces.
Autonomy: Enjoys complete operational independence in their functions, with absolute freedom, particularly in the recruitment and direct instruction of their own successors. They also oversee the election process of the Grand Master.
The Grand Master and the Magistrath are the only ones whose usual ceremonial attire typically includes red elements, embroidery, ribbons, or fabric pieces. Red is also used only during festive occasions such as the Festival of Shadows or for certain shamanic rituals involving Genius Loci, restless spirits, or stagnant forces.

The super lightweight Sesto Elemento is my favorite modern Lamborghini. Last year I already built this monster in 8-wide scale but I wasn't fully satisfied with the result, so I made some modifications on it.
The model supports two minifig.

The Expiatory Church of the Sagrada Familia, known simply as the Sagrada Familia, is a Roman Catholic basilica in Barcelona, Spain, designed by architect Antoni Gaudí. Begun in 1882, it is still under construction (November 2016). It is Gaudí's masterpiece and the greatest exponent of Catalan modernist architecture.
The Sagrada Familia is a reflection of Gaudí's artistic plenitude: he worked on it for most of his professional career, but especially in his later years, where he reached the culmination of his naturalistic style, synthesizing all the solutions and styles he had tried up to that point. Gaudí achieved perfect harmony in the interrelationship between structural and ornamental elements, between plasticity and aesthetics, between function and form, between content and container, achieving the integration of all the arts into a structured and logical whole. The Sagrada Familia has a Latin cross plan, five central naves, a three-aisled transept, and an apse with seven chapels. It boasts three façades dedicated to the Birth, Passion, and Glory of Jesus. When completed, it will have 18 towers: four at each portal, making a total of twelve for the apostles, four over the transept invoking the evangelists, one over the apse dedicated to the Virgin, and the central dome tower in honor of Jesus, which will reach 172.5 meters in height. The temple will have two sacristies next to the apse and three large chapels: the Assumption Chapel in the apse and the Baptism and Penance Chapels next to the main façade. It will also be surrounded by a cloister designed for processions and to isolate the temple from the exterior. Gaudí applied a highly symbolic content to the Sagrada Familia, both in architecture and sculpture, dedicating each part of the temple to a religious significance.

The History: León. Spain. Gran Vía de San Marcos. Holy Week in Leon and people return home at noon after a good dose of seeing countless floors of swinging, rolling and bugles. Most pass before the beggar seated, with his back against the wall and his penetrating gaze that defies the passer-by, those who will also want to eat at that hour. Few people relax their pace when they approach it, some are separated a little and a small part stops to satisfy, to all their conscience, part of some of those "Works of Mercy corporal" to which they can be forced by religious charge : "... feed the hungry, feed the thirsty ...". Giving money to a beggar will cause some of those works of mercy to be temporarily fulfilled.
Others will give these miserable aids to beggars without the act having a religious background, it is simply possible that they are "highly sensitive", a personality trait that became a serious research element back in the 87's of the last century. Elaine Aron went through a surgical operation, the thing went well, but was emotionally reached. He went to the doctor for this change of mood and the doctor recommended that he go to the psychologist. The psychotherapist did not detect any pathological abnormality and concluded that she was simply a "highly sensitive" person. Ten years later, Elaine and her husband Arthur, both psychologists, laid the foundation for the first time defining a trait that characterizes people who perceive stimuli intensely and, in addition, process them differently from the rest: the construct of the high sensitivity.
Virtually no physician will discuss the fact that there are more sensitive people, such as the perception of pain or the reactions of hurtful comments by their relatives and close friends. This trait has been confused for decades with shyness, introversion and neuroticism. All these characteristics originate from the high sensitivity ?. Not all psychologists accept this idea. Although it is generally accepted that highly sensitive individuals, and therefore with some emotional instability, tend to be rapidly overwhelmed by situations of stress, intense workload ...
Were they great artists like Leonardo, Michelangelo, Wagner ... highly sensitive people? Are you highly sensitive for feeling an imperative need to stop and give alms to a beggar?
Taking up: One of those constant walks with Fray through the city. They have finished the processions in the morning and I return home from that music ride and plastic bags with "Fray waste" ... in the morning, on walks of more than 20 minutes Fray consumes two bags. I see in the distance that well-known beggar of those Frayian walks. I stand at a distance of about 20 meters, glued to the wall and facing the other sidewalk, although with the camera pointing at the beggar. But I see that on the other side comes the girl with her family in the direction of the beggar. I hear the ear, insisting that it will pass near the beggar and a bunch may fall. I wait and I shoot when I see that a person is coming to give alms ... although I did not expect that, just then, the girl would turn to look. There are days when things go out alone and others where you have notifications from the Tax Agency.
Treatment: With Lightroom. Original in JPG. This is one of those days when, for some stupid reason, I lost the RAW files from those photos. So all the treatment I do about JPG. Some changes in levels of contrast, step to monochrome and modifications of lights in the different color channels to avoid some texts of the commercial posters of the background, textures of clothes and some other thing of interest. Vignette soft.
That's all folks !!
(Fr). Histoire: León. L'Espagne.
Vignette douce.
Voilà, c'est tout!

The rear exhaust section is displayed as much as possible in the limited space.
It’s called Sesto Elemento, like the sixth element of the Periodic Table, carbon, and its name announces its main feature: extreme lightness.
INCREDIBLE PERFORMANCE
The Sesto Elemento weighs only 999 kg, engine and transmission included. Its V10 unleashes 570 CV with a weight-to-power ratio of 1.75 kg/CV. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (0–62 mph) in 2.5 seconds, also thanks to the permanent all-wheel drive that distributes the thrust onto all four wheels. The Sesto Elemento is therefore the Lamborghini with the best acceleration ever, and it far exceeds the top speed of 300 km/h. This is all thanks to the only principle that inspired this car, lightness, which makes it extremely quick off the mark, responsive in cornering, and with sensational braking.

"Sensazioni la Voce delle Immagini. . .

Regione Emilia Romagna Il Presidente

Lamborghini is redefining the super sports car with the cutting-edge technology in the new Sesto Elemento. Thanks to its advanced carbon-fiber design, the Sesto Elemento has
an overall curb weight of just 2,202 lbs (999 kilograms). Couple this with a V10 serving up an amazing 570 hp, and the Sesto Elemento is able to reach 62 mph in a blistering 2.5 seconds.
The name Sesto Elemento refers to the periodic table, and pays homage to the sixth element, carbon. Carbon-fiber reinforced plastics (CFRPs) are an exciting part of Lamborghinis technological expertise, and are integral to the Sesto Elementos rapid-fire acceleration. The super sports car brand from SantAgata Bolognese has mastered the complete CFRP process across a range of technologies, from 3-D design through simulation, validation, production and testing.
The Sesto Elemento is finished in a new, matte-shimmer clear coating, so the CFRP structure can be seen throughout. Yet the
Sesto Elemento is not just black; during the final stage of production the carbon fiber parts receive a newly developed and patented coating. Nanotechnology makes it possible to add fine crystals with a red shimmer. Surfaces with this finish glow red to an outstanding effect.
With razor-sharp handling, massive braking power and voracious speed, the extremely lightweight Sesto Elemento creates a brand new dimension in super sports car driving.
from the concours' program

The swastika symbol, 卐 (right-facing or clockwise) or 卍 (left-facing or counterclockwise), is an ancient religious icon in the cultures of Eurasia. The left-facing version may also be referred to as sauwastika. It is used as a symbol of divinity and spirituality in Indian religions, including Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. In the Western world, it was a symbol of auspiciousness and good luck until the 1930s when the right-facing tilted form became a feature of Nazi symbolism as an emblem of the Aryan race. As a result of World War II and the Holocaust, many people in the West still strongly associate it with Nazism and antisemitism. The swastika continues to be used as a symbol of good luck and prosperity in Hindu and Buddhist countries such as Nepal, India, Mongolia, China and Japan. It is also commonly used in Hindu marriage ceremonies.
The word swastika comes from Sanskrit: स्वस्तिक, romanized: svástika, meaning 'conducive to well being'. In Hinduism, the right-facing symbol (卐) is called swastika, symbolizing surya ('sun'), prosperity and good luck, while the left-facing symbol (卍) is called sauvastika, symbolizing night or tantric aspects of Kali. In Jainism, a swastika is the symbol for Suparshvanatha – the seventh of 24 Tirthankaras (spiritual teachers and saviours), while in Buddhism it symbolizes the auspicious footprints of the Buddha. In several major Indo-European religions, the swastika symbolizes lightning bolts, representing the thunder god and the king of the gods, such as Indra in Vedic Hinduism, Zeus in the ancient Greek religion, Jupiter in the ancient Roman religion, and Thor in the ancient Germanic religion.

Asakusa (浅草) is a district in Taitō, Tokyo, Japan, famous for the Sensō-ji, a Buddhist temple dedicated to the bodhisattva Kannon. There are several other temples in Asakusa, as well as various festivals, such as the Sanja Matsuri.
The development of Asakusa as an entertainment district during the Edo period came about in part because of the neighboring district, Kuramae. Kuramae was a district of storehouses for rice, which was then used as payment for servants of the feudal government. The keepers (fudasashi) of these storage houses initially stored the rice for a small fee, but over the years began exchanging the rice for money or selling it to local shopkeepers at a margin. Through such trading, many fudasashi came to have a considerable amount of disposable income and as result theaters and geisha houses began to spring up in nearby Asakusa.
For most of the twentieth century, Asakusa remained a major entertainment district in Tokyo. The rokku or "Sixth District" was in particular famous as a theater district, featuring famous cinemas such as the Denkikan. The golden years of Asakusa are vividly portrayed in Yasunari Kawabata's novel The Scarlet Gang of Asakusa (1930; English translation, 2005). The area was heavily damaged by US bombing raids during World War II, particularly the 10 March 1945 firebombing of Tokyo. The area was rebuilt after the war, but has now been surpassed by Shinjuku and other colorful areas in the city, in its role as a pleasure district.
Asakusa was a ward of Tokyo City. In 1947, when the city was transformed into a metropolis, it was merged with Shitaya to form the modern Taito ward. The former ward encompassed 19 neighborhoods in the eastern half of Taito.
Asakusa is on the north-east fringe of central Tokyo, at the eastern end of the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line subway, approximately one mile east of the major Ueno railway/subway interchange. It is central to the area colloquially referred to as Shitamachi, which literally means "low city," referring to the low elevation of this old part of Tokyo, on the banks of the Sumida River. As the name suggests, the area has a more traditionally Japanese atmosphere than some other neighborhoods in Tokyo do.
Asakusa has many restaurants and places to try traditional Japanese foods. One of the most popular treats is satsuma imo, sweet potatoes. Another special treat is chikuwa kamaboko, grilled fish cakes. The Suzuhiro store serves local craft beer with traditional kamaboko. Asakusa is also known for spices such as shichimi and sansho.
In a city where there are very few buildings older than 50 years because of the wartime bombing, Asakusa has a greater concentration of buildings from the 1950s and 1960s than most other areas in Tokyo do. There are traditional ryokan (guest-houses), homes, and small-scale apartment buildings throughout the district.
In keeping with a peculiarly Tokyo tradition, Asakusa hosts a major cluster of domestic kitchenware stores on Kappabashi-dori, which is visited by many Tokyoites for essential supplies. Next to the Sensō-ji temple grounds is a small amusement park called Hanayashiki, which claims to be the oldest amusement park in Japan. The neighborhood theaters specialize in showing classic Japanese films, as many of the tourists are elderly Japanese.
Cruises down the Sumida River depart from a wharf a five-minute walk from the temple.
Asakusa is Tokyo's oldest geisha district, and still has 45 actively working geisha.
Because of its colourful location, downtown credentials, and relaxed atmosphere by Tokyo standards, Asakusa is a popular accommodation choice for budget travelers.
The neighborhood is famous for its annual Brazilian style carnival. There is a significant Brazilian presence in the local community and the Association of Samba Schools of Asakusa is based there.
Although there are many festivals throughout the year in Asakusa, the most famous of them is the Sanja Matsuri, also known as Sanja Festival in May. In this festival, Mikoshi (portable shrines) and floats are pulled through the streets while loud shouts accompany them, and during the festival's 3 days, 1.5 million people come out to celebrate.
