This is one of two electric vehicle charging stations in the small town. This is the Ivy station. There is a Tesla station next to the Tourist Information. Highway 17 now has a chain of EV charging stations at regular intervals.

This station, in the Ivy Charging Network, is part of a chain jointly owned by Hydro One and Ontario Power Generation.

Seen at the foot of Lothian Road in front of the Caledonian Hotel, is Volvo BZL /MCV demonstrator, temporarily in service with Lothian as their 999. The electric vehicle has recently been working route 1 (Clermiston to Seafield) after a spell on the 23 (Trinity to Greenbank). Despite still being screened for Clermiston, the bus is heading for Seafield.

London General route 507: Waterloo Station, Upper Taxi Road - Victoria Station

Departed Strutton Ground (SJ), towards Westminster City Hall (SB)

London General have retained route 507 from Waterloo (RA) with new Alexander Dennis Enviro200 MMC EVs, the new contract starting from 27 August 2016.

The new buses started entering service a few days late on 30 August. They are the first products from the new Alexander Dennis-BYD partnership, ADL providing the Enviro200 MMC bodywork with BYD supplying their K9E drivetrain.

Go-Ahead have introduced a new lower-case lettering, SEe, for the vehicles to differentiate them between their Enviro200 diesel SE-coded equivalents, a first for the London bus fleet numbering system. More coming soon on London Connected.
