The people of Somaliland Republic have shown to the outside world their value, belief and exceptional quality with respect to dealing and embrace of universal democratic norms and values. The people of Somaliland Republic have shown to the outside world their value, belief and exceptional quality with respect to dealing and embrace of universal democratic norms and values. The way in which Somaliland voters behaved during local council elections, how they exercised their constitutional rights and how they respected the rule of was a well-expressed, admirable and powerful message to the world. All in all, the way in which the Somaliland people have fulfilled their civic duties was a wonder worthy phenomenon in the entire African continent

In what could hardly be described as a knife-edge election, Kim was returned to the leadership of the Worker's Party of Korea. It probably helps that your father lies in state as the President for all eternity, and that your picture is in every home in the country. Not being photogenic isn't, apparently, a handicap.
Note a key feature of communist propaganda which is to describe the emotions of its subjects:
"At the historic moment when ht was re-elected as WPK General Secretary, all the participants burst into thunderous cheers of hurrah overwhelmed with great joy and a feeling of surging respect and extended the greatest respect and warmest congratulations to him."

Since 1992 ERIS has been active in ensuring that various stages in the electoral cycle are monitored effectively - before, during, and after votes are cast.
ERIS is well known for its training and selection of election observers. We work with the British Government to enable it to provide high quality observers for both EU and OSCE missions and are currently the only organisation making selections for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office for EU missions.

The National Election Commission (NEC) has release its 2nd Provisional Senatorial Election result today December 24, 2014. According to NEC Commissioners, thirteen (13) Counties have already completed their 100% vote count, but two Counties left for final completion of ballot check.
