I was just playing with PSP effects and I actually like this. Although it reminds me of one of those machines at the mall that does the portraits that look like drawings.

Took a picture of one of the lights at school, and printed the image using the Sabattier effect. It didn't come out like planned, but came out somewhat good.
this effect grants the power to cause a hurricane in China to a butterfly flapping its wings in New Mexico. It may take a very long time, but the connection is real. If the butterfly had not flapped its wings at just the right point in space/time, the hurricane would not have happened.
