I took this not too great shot a few month ago.
Now I realized, that it would be to pimp it with the tilt effect. I used this tutorial www.kunstkurs-online.de/Seiten/fotografie/bildbearbeitung... to get the effect with PSE 8.

...maybe, no one reads this text...
I found this, purely by accident:
github.com/sniklaus/3d-ken-burns
So I spent way too much time geting it to install on my PC and function. It's very limited, but it's still interesting. I don't have any software that does the Ken Burns effect with the 3D effect, so this is really new to me. I ran a bunch of images from photos to AI generated. There's much to be desired, but sometimes it is pretty amazing. I'll post a bunch, then likely no more.
More Photoshop practice! This is from a tutorial (http://abduzeedo.com/awesome-digital-bokeh-effect-photoshop) and after much fighting with it, I love it! :)
Experimenting this one guys..
Two things happening:
- Needle sweep (during power up) &
- 3 focal points while on slow shutter
Comments appreciated guys,
Cheers!;-)
Because I thought it would look nice. It's really easy to start abusing this effect because it can make a lot of images look nice.

It seems like people like this kind of thing. I think it's OK and useful.
1. Dupe background layer (command/control + j) and put Layer 1 in softlight blending mode.
2, Go Filter > Stylize > Glowing edges and move all sliders to the right and click OK.
3. Gaussian blur that layer about 20.
4. Go command/control + option/alt + shift + e to create a new layer with all the edits. It's called "stamp visible"
5. Put that layer in Hardlight blending mode and go Filter > other > Highpass and set it at about 100.
I also wrote an action for this and you can get it at my website www.allangengler.com click on PS actions and it's "Weird Effect."
